Alphys+Undyne forever

Chapter 5

Alphys POV

Alphys tapped her fingers together she had been standing there for about three minutes debating whether to knock the door or not. Finally she gained the courage and knocked lightly. Alphys could here foot steps approaching the door Alphys took a quick breath as the door opened. And there she was Alphys smiled up at Undyne she had a loss for words she didn't know what to say
" hey" Undyne grinned at Alphys which only made Alphys smile more
"Undyne" Alphys said looking deep into undynes eyes "y-you look w-wow" was all she could say She realized how stupid that sounded but what was she gonna try to do Undyne shook her head
" thank you but Alphys you look so much better" Undyne said running her hand threw her long red hair. Alphys shook her head
"D-don't say that" she looked at Undyne her eyes widened "y-your h-hair" Undyne smile faded
"Dose it look bad?" She asked worried, she never put her hair down and decided to try it just for tonight. Alphys grinned and nodded
" it l-looks amazing" she smiled up at Undyne. Alphys grabbed her own wrist unsure what to say next. Undyne broke the silence
"Should we go?" She suggested giving Alphys a small smile Alphys nodded
" uh s-sure! S-sorry I've never a-actually been on a date" she admitted slightly embarrassed of herself. But Undyne only grinned and nodded in return
" me neither" she said rubbing the back of her neck again. "But hey there's a first time for everything" Undyne chuckled awkwardly that made Alphys giggle
" c-come on lets g-go get dinner" Undyne nodded at the suggestion and they began to walk side by side to the restaurant in Hotlands. Alphys has never been because it was always crowed but Mettaton had promised Alphys he'd make a reservation for them. Alphys and Undyne made some small talk along the way. Alphys Couldn't believe this was happening she had to keep pinching herself to make sure it wasn't a dream and every time she pinched herself she would be reminded that this is reality

Undyne's P.O.V

Undyne couldn't stop smiling get little school girl crush has actually agreed to go on a date with her! All thanks to papyrus. Undyne frowned rembering she never thanked him
" are y-you ok " Alphys asked worry hung in her voice undyne nodded
" yea I'm fine" she smiled again she would thank papyrus later but now she had to be with alphys
"O-ok good" Alphys smiled
After about 20 minutes of just talking and walking they reached Mettatons restaurant Undyne opted the door for Alphys like a real lady. Alphys giggled
"Thanks"
Undyne grinned she loved the sound of alphy's giggle how it just bubbles out of her it made Undyne melt
Alphys and Undyne walked inside the monster at the desk looked up at Undyne and alphys " do you have a reservation"
Undyne looked at Alphys who seemed to be freaking out
" y-Y-yeah um um w-we-we s-should" Alphys couldn't do this she could barely speak on the phone
" is that a yes?" The monster asked
Alphys shrugged
" yes it is" Undyne said grabbing Alphys hand and taking a seat at a two seated table. Alphys looked down
"Thanks" she muttered her face grew red Undyne gently took her hand
" hey it's ok I'll always have your back" Undyne gripped Alphys shoulder before pulling out a vague for her
" th-thank you" Alphys smiled at Undyne and took a seat. Undyne just smiled and say across from her
" so I have to confess I've never actually been on a date" Undyne rubbed her neck sheepishly her face growing a light red. Alphys giggled
" neither h-have I" she said placing her hand on the table
Undyne softly chuckled
"I guess there's a first time for everything"
Alphys giggled yet again which made Undyne's heart warm.
The waiter approached the table holding a tiny note pad.
"Welcome would you like anything to drink?" He asked you could tell he had and just wanted to go home
"W-water" Alphys muttered turning into her shy self again
Undyne looked up
" uh I'll have water to!" She placed her hands on the table. The waiter nodded and walked over to the kitchen. Undyne looked over at alphys who seemed to be staring at the wall
"Hey... Alphys? Alphys!" Undyne shook Alphys arm in a playful way to get her attention
"W-what? I m-mean yes" Alphys looked down clearly embarrassed Undyne gently gripped Alphys hand and gave her a worried look
" are you ok?" She asked concern flooding her voice
Alphys nodded giving Undyne a weak smile " yea I-I'm f-fine"
Undyne smiled "good, hey Alphys can I ask you something?"
Alphys nodded " mhm"
Undyne took a small breath "um I'm sorry if this comes out harsh but um were did your stutter come from"
Alphys sighed a small frown tugging at her face we-"
She was cut off by the sound of the window crashing undyne  through her head over her shoulder to see papyrus laying sparled on the floor followed by sans.
Alphys looked in pure shock while Undyne just glared at them
Sans rubbed his neck awkwardly
