In the Airplane

MAINE..

I enjoyed the walk until we boarded the plane. Richard was still listening to music with earphones on his ears and with shades on his eyes. Since my mobile data is still open, I decided to post a quick selfie before I leave with the caption:

Plane to PARIS with Richard Faulkerson Jr. He's just too busy with his own business now.

I wish that he wouldn't notice the secret selfie that I took without him noticing. I feel quite bad because he might get annoyed with my caption.

Richard is still standing up waiting for me and took my hand carry as I sat down beside the window then he sat beside me which is the middle of the row.

When the flight was about to begin, Richard suddenly opens his Instagram on his phone. I was shivering inside because of the photo I posted on Instagram and what he will say about it.

RICHARD..

I opened my Instagram account and I was feeling something is not good. When I looked at Maine, she was shivering silently I thought that it was about the coldness in the airplane. I asked her:

"Maine. Is something wrong? Why are you shivering"? I said

"I'm just feeling cold now. My jacket is quite thin because I packed the thick ones in my luggage". She said hugging herself

"OK. Here use mine. I have an extra jacket in my backpack. I can't give my trench coat because I'm feeling cold too". I said reaching in my backpack

I handed my jacket to her and placed my backpack down between my feet. I went back to using my phone. She whispered to my ear silently.

"Thanks very much! I know you always have everything I will need". She said

"No problem". I said

As I was scrolling through my phone. I saw a post from Maine when we were about to board the plane. I got surprised when Maine took a selfie without telling me and I am in the photo. I asked her silently:

"Maine. Did you post this on Instagram? I'm not mad just asking". I said

"Yes. I'm sorry for not telling you. I was scared to let you know about it. I'm really sorry. I posted it because I am so excited to go there ". She said

"OK. I'm fine with it. I look cool in it. I didn't notice that I look quite better not looking do you agree"? I said while she was looking at the photo

"Yes! I agree. You look even more handsome not so focused on the shot. I suggest that we should take more shots of you not totally focusing on the camera. I really want to see more shots of you like that because you are even more handsome looking. I want to see how you enjoy moments there since you have are a half French. But I am not focusing on you alone but I look better facing the camera because I glow and become more beautiful in every photo ". She said

"I agree on that. You can take more shots of me then I can also take shots of you. I believe that both of us have different perspectives and angles when taking photos". I said

We were silently talking, the plane was about to fly already.

I placed on my earphones on and then Maine as well put on hers. I felt uncomfortable while the flight was going on. I removed my earphones then I called Maine to tell her what I'm feeling.

"Maine. I'm feeling uncomfortable now". I said

"Why? What are you feeling"? She said with concern

"I'm feeling slight headaches, pain in my left arm, and chills. I'm feeling a really painful headache. I can't move my head much". I said

"Oh. Do you have medicine for that in your bag"? She said

"Nope. Do you? My headache is really painful now". I said

"Yup! Just wait a little bit more I'll just get it from my bag". She said

She went to get the medicine in her bag. After she got it, she gave me one to lessen the pain in my headache.

"Here. I'll ask for water first then I'll give the medicine to you". She said holding the medicine

"OK. Thanks". I said resting my head on the head rest

Maine asked the stewardess for water. She pressed the button for assistance and then the stewardess came.

"How can I help you ma'am"? The stewardess said

"Could I ask for water"? She said

"Sure ma'am, wait for awhile". The stewardess said

Maine nodded then the stewardess walked away.

After a few minutes

"Here's your water ma'am". The stewardess said as she handed Maine the water bottle

"Thanks". She said

Maine sat down on her seat and woke me up. I sat properly and looked at her.

"Richard. I have your medicine and your water. Take it so you'll be better". She said

"Yes ma'am. Thank you for the concern"! I said

"OK. Rest after taking it". She said while watching me take it like I was a little boy

"OK ma'am". I said

After I finished taking my meds, I leaned back to my chair and slept peacefully without disturbing her.

MAINE...

I just gave Richard medicine for his headache. He is now asleep because I told him to rest since he was very tired of his business and for taking care of me so much. I just want to give him time to rest from all the hard work he was having before we left.

"Richard. You deserve a rest for now.  You can wake up again later, I have many things that we could be talking about". I told him silently

Aww. They are so sweet to each other. What else did they talk about during the flight? What did they do during the trip?
