*Friday morning*

I woke up and got ready. The usual. I drove to school and I heard Cammy and her group calling me.

Cammy : Bailey!!!

Bailey : hey.

Cammy : are you coming on the trip to Venice Beach with us?

Bailey : yeah totally.

Kaycee : yay!!! We'll pick you up at 9:00am tmrw.

Bailey : it's good you guys already know where I live.

Boogie : yeah.

*bell rings*

Bailey ; I gotta get to class. Bye!!

Group : bye!!

I walked into class a little late but the fucking teacher had to over react. I LITERALLY ONLY LATE BY LIKE 1 MIN!!

Teacher : BAILEY!!! WHY ARE YOU LATE TO CLASS?!?!?!

Bailey : calm your ass down, I was literally late by like a minute.

Teacher : LANGUAGE!!! DETENTION!

Bailey : what's the fucking point of giving me detention, if you know I'm not gonna go.

Teacher : *silent*

Bailey : that's what I thought.

I went to my seat next to Tati and she gave me that smirk she does and it makes me slightly laugh a bit.

Tati : you are a fucking savage.

Bailey : not even but ok.

We were just doing our work and while I'm writing, I see one of the fuckboys staring at Tati. Gabe? I think.... I whispered to Tati, "Gabe keeps staring at you." She looked at him and he then turned the other way. But he still is staring when she looks away. She tried to keep cool because she knew he was. But she broke loose and just yelled, "WTF ARE YOU STARING AT GABE?!?!"

Bailey : calm down, tats.

Tati : NO HES FUCKING STARING, I WANNA KNOW WHY!!!!!

Gabe : WHATS GOING ON WITH YOU RIGHT NOW?!?!

Tati : YOU ARE WHATS GOING ON!!! YA KNOW WHAT, IM JUST GONNA LEAVE!!!

And like that, she stormed out of the classroom. I ran after and saw her surprisingly crying in the bathroom.

Bailey : tats, why are you crying?

Tati : bc I know I can't handle the truth.

Bailey : what are you saying?

Tati : I.... I...

Bailey : just spill it, Tati!

Tati : I... like... him...

Bailey : G-Gabe???

Tati : *nods*

I thought she hated him. What is really going on?

Bailey : wait a minute... I thought you hated him.

Tati : I just tried to hide my emotions towards him. He probably is just tryna hook up with me and just leave like all the other girls he did it with. I just can't be heartbroken again. Especially by a player.

Bailey : wdym "again?"

Tati : I dated this one guy named Dylan and he was the sweetest person ever. One day I was just driving to his house and I saw him fucking another girl. Then I went to go ask his best friend, John, if he knew anything and he said that Dylan slept with more than fucking 10 girls, Bailey. More than fucking 10. So I just broke up with him. Called it off. And then I never saw him again, and id like it to be that way. I hate getting heartbroken. What's the fucking point of dating, if you know you're just gonna get heartbroken?

Bailey : listen Tati, I'm sorry. I understand that you loved Dylan, but he wasn't worth it if he didn't give you the attention you deserved. Fuck Dylan and all those girls.

She laughs a little. I love cheering her up, but will she actually never date anyone again?

*bell rings for lunch*

Bailey : let's go tati.

Tati : fine.

We both walked out of the bathroom and no surprise, see the one and only, fuckboy squad!! Coming towards us.

Bailey : what do you want?

Gabe : I want to speak to Tati alone.

Bailey : I don't think she wants to do that.

Gabe : please Bailey!! For me. I'm like your brother.

I look at Tati and she gives the approving nod. I gave Gabe a little death stare I give but it was subtle. I left and apparently the fuckboy squad followed me. Ugh, they just want to get their asses beat, don't they?!?!

Tati's POV

Bailey left and the other guys followed her. I already knew they were gonna get their asses kicked. Gabe was looking down and I gave him the, "wtf do you want" face.

Gabe : um... what was that all about?

Tati : what was what?

Gabe : you storming out, yelling at me even more than you already do...

Tati : listen, can you just let it go? It doesn't even matter, ok?

Gabe : no I can't let it go! There's something wrong.

Tati : can you just leave me alone already, Gabe? You're just tryna hook up with me, then leave, never return my calls, ignore my messages, and just be the ignorant, lying, little, fuckboy you are.

Gabe : ...........

Tati : exactly.

As I was about to leave, he grabs me by the waist and turns me around saying, "do you really think I'm like that?"

Tati : I've seen you do it plenty of times to my friends. Now let me go!

I pushed away from him. I try to walk away from him but he keeps following me.

Tati : can you just leave me alone already?!?! I don't want you, I don't need you, and I certainly don't want to date one of the fuckboy squad mem-

He cuts me off with a kiss. I was so shocked that I pushed him away with my eyes wide open.

Tati : d-don't you dare...

Gabe : ....what?

Tati : don't mess with my head, don't make me think I want you, don't fucking make me fall for you. Just don't. Why did you do that???

Gabe : omg, can't you tell already?!?! I like you!!! I thought it was pretty fucking obvious already!!

My mind went blank. And then I just left but he pulled me back to him.

Tati : no no, you don't like me, you're just saying that to mess with my head.

Gabe : I like you Tati. I really do.

Tati : NO YOU DON'T YOU'RE FUCKING LYING TO ME JUST LIKE YOU DID TO THOSE OTHER GIRLS!!!! JUST LEAVE MY ALONE!!!

I ran away to the field crying my eyes out and I saw Bailey so I ran to her and she just hugged me. She signals the guys to go away and just comforts me.

Bailey : what happened?!?!

Tati : I left. Again. I left the guy who I like back there. I left myself behind, once again.
