POV Poseidon
500 years.
500 years of these crappy meetings about the planet.
Still after all of this time not once has anyone found what happened to my son all of those years ago. I know I'm the last person that deserves to say that but it was not me who pushed him away. Well it was me but something clouded my mind. I'm still not sure of everything that happened that day.
Now an army is here to help us in an oncoming war, and the most powerful being is talking to us while his son went to the camp. I can see how uncomfortable my family is with the creator of the universe just standing with his back toward us looking into space.
"Excuse me, my lo-"
"Oh forget the formalities. We're family so just call me Chaos." Chaos said, interrupting the King of drama. You could see Zeus physically hold down his anger. Hades couldn't help himself but to chuckle a bit, causing Zeus to take out his master bolt and silently threaten to smite our elder brother with it.
"So do you two want to keep bickering or would you rather watch the battle?" Chaos said his back turned to us.
"What battle?" All of us simultaneously said, weird.
"This one." Chaos said. The next thing I knew each of the gods were at Camp Half-Blood and hundreds of monsters were just outside of the barrier.
POV Third Person
Exoris teleported everyone to the hill where Thalia's tree rested, that created a barrier to keep monsters out. On the other side of that barrier was a few hundred monsters along with the Titan Hyperion. Not long after, Chaos teleported the gods and goddesses near the campers to watch the battle.
"So they brought us a welcoming party. How thoughtful of them." Aeris said, smiling under his hood. You could see the confusion and fear on the campers faces of the two different armies in front of them.
"Well Mr. Camp Leader, if you are so sure that you don't need us then why don't you go take down the monsters and Titan in front of us? That or I can send someone to get some exercise." Exoris said not turning to face Victor.
"I-I think I will sit this one out and see just what your army is made of." Victor said as the color drained from his face. He was attempting to not sound afraid but everyone could see it right on his face.
"Fine. Kinigós, why don't you take this one. I already know that you wanted to reveal yourself for a while now so why not do it in style?" Exoris asked the lieutenant of Sector 1.
"I would ask how you knew that but since you are a child of the sea, like myself, you probably knew who I was at first glance." He said, disappearing into a cloud of mist.
Nobody knew where Kinigós went. That is, everyone except for Exoris who could see the start of golden dust burst out of every monster Kinigós cut down. He used his twin blades, Storm and whirlpool, to make a clearing around him. His swords were made out of a crystal with the properties of water so that when he used his weapons they would be able to expand and move with his body.
Suddenly switched to use his bow and shot an arrow made out of ice strait into the air. He lowered his hands as his bow disappeared.
Everyone stood in wonder why he didn't move an inch while a group of hell hounds charged him only feet away. As the campers and gods who were watching stared at Kinigós, Exoris and Aurora stared at the clouds that hung overhead of the army of monsters when something fell from them.
The object was crystal like because you could see it reflect what little light could get through the overcast while it fell, heading strait for Kinigós. The lead hell hound was inches away from its prey when the object struck, turning the beast to a fine golden dust. Kinigós turned towards everyone who was watching, folding his arms as thousands of these objects fell from the clouds at incredible speeds, killing every monster on the field.
