~your pov~C/n walked with me to our next class, but while we tried to explain to the teacher why we were late, the rest of the class was staring at as looking as if a celebrity had just walked in, except the opposite. The teacher let us off with a warning as we sat in our seats. I blanked out only hearing muffled words from the teacher as I sketched into my notebook. I look up and notice the students around me turning to a page in the text book, I ask my friend, F/n, for the page and quickly turn to it, trying to look as if I was paying attention the whole time. I start reading the page to see what we're working on, but it's nothing I haven't learned before. I'm in the middle of a page when there's a knock on the classroom door, me being the closest, opening it. It's a boy about my age, but I've never seen him before, he must be new. I don't mind new kids, in fact, I'm usually the one that helps them until they find friends and can get around without me. He seems a bit startled at me opening the door, but quickly (and extremely confidently) introduces himself as "the guy of my dreams." I roll my eyes at him and laugh a bit at his casanova attitude before asking for his real name. The teacher cuts him off and tells me to sit back down before directing cassy to the front of the room. "Welp, my name is Adam, I like sports I guess, my favorite color is red, and I plan on getting a date pretty soon," he looks your way, winking. You blush a bit at the insinuation, and roll your eyes once more, gaining a chuckle from the cassy eyeing you. C/n is staring Adam down and does not seem happy, could he be.. Jealous? No way Y/n he probably just recognizes him or something, yeah, that's it, he recognizes him from somewhere.
~C/n pov~
That Adam better stay away from Y/n, I don't like the way he's making moves on her, and that those stupid comments made her laugh! Hang on..... what did that girl just say?
~3rd person~
"Don't try for her, she's just a sorry loser, I on the other hand would like to go on a date with you" E/n says. A few laughs come from the students in the room before Adam gives her a disgusted look and ignores her other other rude comments, noticing Y/n looking embarrassed and saddened by them.
~Adam's pov~!
How dare they, wait, what? I don't even know her name and I want to defend her, well her smile is cute, and her laugh, and her- Stop that! at least learn her name before having a crush on her. But I can't help it, she's adorable and these people need to cut it out. I snap, "Would you leave her alone! If anyone here is a sorry loser, its your and your "gang." Your just a stuck up brat, and I nor anyone else would want to go a date with you." I say pointing her out. A cry of Oooooohs and laughs come from the class room as a surprised angel looked up astonished that I stood up for her. How cruel have they been that she didn't think anyone would stand up for her!?
~C/n pov~
Just as I was about to scream at E/n Adam cut in. Y/n looked so surprised and it was obvious that she probably had feelings for the new kid, my heart shattered on the spot.
~Your pov~
He.. stood up for me.. Why? C/n looks so.. depressed, i need to make sure he's okay. But why did the cassy stand up for me? maybe he'll be a good friend, but i don't think of him as much more, C/n's taken that spot...
