Lots of POV switching, hope that's ok!

(Your POV)

Sigh, He's surrounded again. (C/n) Has always been popular with the girls at this school, single or otherwise.

"Hey!"...and there's some girls boyfriend. This happens all the time, almost constantly! I have to admit, even I have a crush on (C/n), but I don't obsess over him (at least not in public), or surround him, and flirting with him is out of the question. The other girls don't seem the same though, always surrounding him, and wearing the most revealing clothing just to try and get him to notice them. Lets see, here comes another one, an another. I doubt you could count how many of them have boyfriends. I just sigh and move on, trying to get to my class on time as I push through the crowd of (C/n)'s Fans. I grab my books, and sit down in the empty class in a desk near the window.

(C/n's POV)

Oh god, can't be a nice guy without sending the wrong message can ya? Ugh! I'm surrounded! I just want to get to class! Crap, the boyfriends.

"Hey!" "Get away from my girl!" and " Whats your problem?" can be heard echoing down the hallway as most of the girls finally start to clear out, or turn the situation on me at least. Luckily, I know my way out. I push myself against the lockers and push past a few girls in the opposite direction, then walk down the long path to class, grabbing my books from my locker. "The boyfriends" usually stop at the girls so I'm pretty safe now.

Walking down the hall I reach a nearly empty classroom, but there's a girl sitting in the seat i usually sit in near the window. She's not one that I've seen before though, and she seems pretty content staring out the window. I kinda need that seat though, its the only one that I can get away from the girls with.

As politely as I can I tap her on the shoulder, apparently surprising her enough that she jumped back and slapped me, in the face.

(your POV)

I'm all alone in the classroom and stare out the window drifting off into daydreams. That is, until i felt someone tap on my shoulder. You know when your completely immersed in something, so anything can make you freak out? That happened. I was so surprised that I jumped back and slapped the dream intruder in the face out of reflex. "Ouch..." I realize whats happened a few seconds later when (C/N) is in front of me, holding his cheek with the red mark I left.

"I am so sorry! Are you ok?" I ask, quickly regretting my concern as I remember exactly who this was. Never the less, I slapped him. I should at least make sure he's ok.

"I'm fine, sorry to scare you like that!" He says with a grin on his face. "Although, I came over here to ask you to move, I kinda sit here."

He can't ask me to move after he brought me out of a daydream, admittedly about him. Besides! there's not even assigned seats! I can sit were ever I like, and I like this window seat. "There's no assigned seats, I don't have to move." I say, staying exactly where I am. "Why do you need this seat specifically?"

(C/N's POV)

"Why do you need this seat specifically?"

well, I guess I can tell her, she seems normal.

"Its the only seat were I can escape the girls here." Wait, that sounded REALLY narcissistic. I rub the back of my neck.

She looks up, seemingly shocked but she seems to understand.

(Your POV)

So, he doesn't like the attention? That's new, but I need to escape someone to..

"I have the same problem. So it looks like we're at a stand-off" I say, not willing to give up the seat very easily.

(C/n's POV)

The same problem? how could that be the case, I've never even seen her before!

Just then, Josh (sorry if your crush's name is josh!) walked in the room, but I thought nothing of it, but she seemed...Scared? Annoyed? Concerned? Either way I was immediately concerned. For whatever reason I felt.. protective. I felt as if I needed to protect this girl from whatever was to come, and I don't even know her name!!

(Your POV)

Josh, oh no, this is why I needed the seat. We're not dating.. but he seems to think otherwise. He's my ex, I broke up with him because he was violent, and I... I was scared of him. (C/n) stepped in front of me and put his arm out after scanning my face.

(C/n's POV)

I put my arm in an effort to protect her from whatever she was so scared of.

"What the hell do you you think your doing talking to MY Girl!" He spit gesturing to the shivering girl behind me.

I look behind me and scan her as if to check his story. She shakes her head, and if she's that scared, somethings not right here. "I think you need to leave her alone, besides, you have a class to get to." I say, sternly, but not raising my voice.

"I think you better check what your saying, and hand (Y/n) over to the one she's supposed to be talking with." He says, getting spit on my face, before grabbing me by the shirt.

I don't move. Even if I don't know her name, its obvious whats going on here. The bruises on her arms, and the fear in her eyes make it quite obvious.

(Your POV)

He doesn't move. I don't understand why he's protecting me, but I close my eyes as it looks like Josh is about to throw a punch.

"What is going on here! Josh, office, NOW!" a teacher yells, holding his arm back. A wave of relief comes over me as I slowly open my eyes to see (C/n) completely unharmed and sitting in the seat next to me.

(C/n's POV)

She opens her eyes as the teacher asks us exactly what happened. I'm ready to answer when (Y/n) quickly blurts out. "Josh came in here and started causing trouble, so (C/n) asked him to leave." The teacher looks to me and I nod, wondering why she was so quick to answer, and why she omitted so many details. The teacher seems satisfied, and tells us that we may have to write a witness report, then thanks me for doing the right thing. By now, I'm sure of one thing, that I'm going to protect (Y/n) no matter what.

Also,

I let her keep the seat.
