Powers/abilities: Rikiketsu Ha: Rikiketsu has blades that protrude from all over his body. He also has retractible claws.
Rikiketsu Tobu: Rikiketsu's eyes become wings and the skirt has jet boosters.
Rikiketsu Oto: Rikiketsu grows large sound amplifiers (similar to Nonon's) and a microphone.
Ha Tobu: A combination between Ha and Tobu.
Rikiketsu Utsusu: Any power or attack that is inflicted upon Rikiketsu will be reflected back.
History: Katsu was subjected to the same torture as Ryuko at the same time however, just before she got thrown away, her heart beat returned. Ragyo tried to dispose of Ryuko and kept Katsu. She introduced her to Satsuki but she always favored Katsu more. Katsu and Satsuki shared most of the same or similar experiences.
