"John! What?" I shouted, and recoiled away from him.
"Lolly please don't do that." John said. Oh my god! John was pretending to be Maximum!
"Leave me alone! I shouted then jumped out of the bed. The boxers I had borrowed fell down around my ankles. I pulled them up without taking my eyes off of him.
"Please Lolly let me explain!" He pleaded. I quickly ran and sat in the farthest corner then curled into a ball. I nodded yes and he visibly relaxed. "I heard you were going to the Mask, so I snuck in so I could see you. I wore the mask and changed my name so you would get to know me. I honestly did not know you were with anyone and I never expected to bring you to my flat but when I was you swaying while you were holding onto the railing, I knew I couldn't just drop you off at your flat so we ended up here...."
"You're crazy!" I shouted. I jumped up. "I-I-I need my phone! I need to call Madi! I need to tell her where I am so she can pick me up! Where am I?"
"I can drive you home. Please trust me. You trusted me last night."
"Okay."
"Okay I'll give you some clothes to borrow, and a pack for your clothes." He said, and I nodded. He got up, and went into the lounge room. I gathered up my stuff, and sat on the edge of the bed. He walked back in with a pile of clothes, a pair of shoes, and a backpack.
"Who's stuff is this?" I asked as I examined the items.
"They were my sister's. She left them here the last time she spent the night, I can't bring myself to throw them away. You can keep them if you want." He said, and I stared at him. He really is unique. Maybe I should give him a chance..... I thought as I robotically nodded then walked towards the bathroom. I dropped the clothes then looked in the mirror, and groaned. I looked like a total reck! My elegant bun was now a bird's nest. And my make-up was all over my face. I turned on the hot water, and splashed it on my face until the make-up was off. I pulled out the bobby pins, and clips that were in my hair then I looked for a brush. I found one, and started taming the beast that found its way onto my head during the night. When I was done, I smiled then slipped into the plain blue t-shirt, and daisy dukes. I grabbed the socks and converses, and put them on then I exited the bathroom.
"She never looked that great in those." I heard John mutter almost inaudibly, and I blushed.
"Thank you for packing my clothes, and stuff." I said with a small voice.
"Your welcome Lolly." He said with a smile then held out his hand. I grabbed the bag, and we walked silently out of the flat. We got into his car, and we stayed silent until he pulled over at my building.
"Lolly will you please go on a date with me." He asked.
"You practically kidnapped me last night, and now you want me to go on a date with you!!!!" I shrieked in his face.
"I'm really sorry Lolly, I really like you though." John pleaded.
"No!" I shouted then jumped out of the car. I quickly ran up the stairs, and into my apartment.
"This isn't the end!" John said with a laugh then drove away.
