Stupid Alfred got me in detention. "You know at times I really hate you." I said. "Aww come on (y/n), it was worth it. I made you laugh." Alfred said. "Uh huh but you also got us detention.
Flashback
You and Alfred sit in the back of the class. " I'm so serious (y/n) Matthew couldn't taste anything but charcoal and burned food for a whole month." You and him started laughing both of you tried to hold it in but it didn't work. As you guys were laughing a piece of chalk went flying and hit Alfred right in the middle of his head. "Alfred (Y/n) what's so funny?" "Is it so funny that you two disrupt my class." The teacher yelled. "Both of you DETENTION!" The teachers voice boomed throughout the classroom.

And that's how I ended up here. Detention consisted of cleaning up the room and doing textbook work. "Finally we are FINISHED!" I yelled. "(Y/n) I feel bad for getting you in detention." Alfred said. "Don't worry about it. "At least I was in detention with one of my best friends." "So it wasn't as boring as it could have been." He gave a small smile. "Hey how about on the way back we stop by that new burger place." He suggested. "Of course you would suggest a burger place." I said." Anyways lets go I don't want to stay in this prison for any longer than I have to."

Alfred payed for your food. "Don't worry about it (y/n), this one is on me." "Thanks." 'That was really nice of him. Usually I mainly pay for my food and he asks me if I have an extra dollar to help pay for the food. I wonder what got into him?' As usual he's munching away on about 15-20 hamburgers. He's on his eighth one I think. I don't know I stopped counting a long time ago. Then you thought of a question that you have been wanting an answer to. "Hey Alfred." "Yeah (y/n)?" "Why is there a second building? Is it because it is an international school and they needed extra space?" You asked. "Partially. The second building also known as the 2p building is where delinquents get another chance to stabilize and maintain their high school education and lives. Even though sometimes a few can be a little off." 'Well that's something new but Oliver a delinquent. Can't be, he doesn't even look close to being one.' "Also (y/n). The students in the2p building are like the other halves of the 1p students. 'Other halves. What could that possibly mean. Well I don't want to pry I'll find out sooner or later. But Alfred still seems uneasy about something.' "Just be careful around them (y/n). I don't want to risk you getting hurt." Alfred says. You feel heat rise to your cheeks. " Alright thanks for answering my question." You smiled warmly. "Sure no problem." He went back to his energetic and cheery self. 'But there still feels like something is off.' You shake off the feeling and start to get up from the table. Once again you and Alfred started talking and laughing down the street as he walked you home. 'Today wasn't that bad after all even if I did get a detention from that idiot.'
