We Can't Be

We can't be afraid to drown. Or else we won't jump.
We can't be sorry. We can't waste time apologizing. Instead we have to just understand, not via words or phrases but by a mutual fact of imperfections. We can't be slow. We can't be indecisive. We have to take grasp of the thin, shredded rope of life and leap. Because once the pendelum of life's clock has swung and passed, it's not coming back. When the star you wish upon collapses, wish upon yourself. Do this, do that, don't do this or that. Forgotten restrictions and broken mirrors...that's who we are. We can't be anything else.
