After that night the kids remebered about their camp. So we headed out. We've been on the journey for three days. We're still looking for food and also waiting for it to rain so we could feel up our water bottles.

I looked at my slightly shiny, silver, wristwhatch to see the time. It was 4:47.

The kids started to complain that their feet are hurting.

I turned to them and said, "Come on just alittle farther."

The kids gave me their pouting faces and Emily gave me a forgiving look.

"How about if I carry you?" I said.

Jordan shrugged her shoulders and grabbed Logan's hand. I gave the backpack for Jordan to hold and I wrapped my bow on Logan. I took the luggage bag from Emily and gave her the big hand bag.Logan jumped on Emily's back and Jordan jumped on mine, then we left.

The Sun was going down quickly and the darkness was creeping up on us. Afar off I saw a dark rectangle. I squinted my eyes to get a better look, it was a car! The tired kids were now sound asleep on mine and Emilys back.
Emily was looking tired herself.

As we made it to the car I was making sure it was cleared of walkers. After I did I laied down the back seats, so it would make a bed for the two sleepy kids. Emily climbed into the passengers seat while I examined the car. The car was a black explorer, the wheels looked pumped, the inside was cleaned, and there were two gym bags in the back corner of the car.

Inside one of the bags were neatly, stacked, folded clothes. In the other bag there was canned and bagged food, with water and juice. In the same bag of the food there was a zipper pocket that had twelve chocolate bars. I went back to the bag with clothes, there also was a zipper pocket and it had a bible laying inside.

I was examing the clothes to see if they could fit any of us and it looked like most could. When I was doing that I felt something hard underneath, like a handle. I picked up the bag, and underneath was a handle that went to a container. I opened the hidden container that was attached to the car. Inside were aimo and a gun. Underneath the boxes of aimo there was a map to a camp.

I closed the container and laid the bags we were traveling with, beside the gym bags, and then closed the trunk. I got in the drivers seat beside Emily. As I was smiling I said , " Emily guess what I found."

I told Emily about the clothes, food, wepons, and map. She sat up and examined it. The way she was looking at it made my smile start to disaper. She looked up at me and said, " Alexia. We can't go. Its going the opposite of where we're taking the kids."

Her look looked like my moms that she gave whenever I did wrong.

"It looks safer and its closer." I said trying to point out the good of this place. I continued saying, " Plus if this is where the all these things came from..."

" No. I won't go." Emily said interupting me.

I folded the map up and stuck it in my pocket. I laid my seat back as far as it could go and turned to where my back was facing Emily. Emily sighed and laid her seat back. It took tweenty minutes until Emily fell asleep.

I raised my seat up and took out the map. Five times I traced my finger up and down the line.
"Washington D.C." I said.

I stated the car up to see how much gas. The gas tank was completely full. I said one more time thinking out loud,
"Uhh. Washington D.C.?"
And then I drove off.

"Mommy!" I yelled crying.
"Daddy!"

My mom and dad came running out saying, "We're here honey.

As I made it to them, they asked me what's wrong.

I told them that I was playing tag with our neighbors and then scrapped my knee by falling.

They took me inside and wrapped up my little scratched knee.
Our best friends, that were are neighbors came over.

We all were in the livingroom laughing, and playing games while waiting for the football game to come on.

Our friends had one kid, that was a Brown headed boy, who was my age.

Everything was great. Life was good.

I turned my head to face everyone but they were gone. Then I looked at my to see that I was standing on blood and ashes.

All around me were walkers that were creeping up closer and closer. I looked behind me to see.

There standing behind me was Jordan and Logan standing on each side of Emily. They all were giving me an evil glare with a smirk on their face.

Emily had a knife in her hand. She had a tight grip on it to. She looked up at me and said, "Its your fault we're dead. ALL YOUR FAULT!!!" she yelled.

Then before I could say any thing she stuck the knife right into my heart. As I was sinking to the floor they were laughing at me.
Then I said on the floor dying,

"Never should've helped her."

I quickly woke up breathing heavily and quickly. I places my hand on my chest to see if there was a knife there. I looked around to see if Emily and the kids were still here.

I sighed of relief, it was just a dream.

An hour passed and we're at a gas station, three miles away from the kids camp.

While me and Emily were filling the car up with gas, the kids were playing with some of the toys we grabbed from the sandbox we saw back then.

When we finished with the gas we heard a gun shot. The kids ran to is frightend. I slowly walked behind the gas station to see a women and a man.
