Could life get any worse?
This morning, I woke up in Aaron's arms as usual, like I had done for two weeks now, but Alice (my maid) had told me I had a visitor. I found that strange because the only people I knew were my family and the friends I'd made here. She brought them in and it was Damon, beaten up and bruised from the werewolves. Obviously, I freaked and that woke up Aaron. I'd asked why Damon was here and he said he had a message from dad. He knew I was with the person from my prophecy, but he didn't know it wasnAaron the prophecy was talking about. He said that if I didn't complete my fate he'd find me and Aaron himself and kill the both of us. I was pretty much immune to the strange force making me want to kill him now, thankfully.
Aaron started yelling at my brother so he left with one last glare at him, an apologetic smile at me. If just cuddled back into Aaron's chest and cried for an hour afterwards. I'd then put on my sunlight ring. And now I'm with Tanya and Adreana...shopping. I literally hated shopping with a passion. Just the idea of walking round a million shops with the biggest shopaholics alive was not very appealing to me, which is why I almost ran out the door when they told me. I had a dozen bags slung across my arms, weighing me down as my feet ached majorly, I had no idea how even with twice as many bags as me, Tanya and Adreana were still bouncing along happily.
After an eternity, we walked back to the car and I sighed loudly when I was finally able to dump my bags on the back seat of Tanya's Ferrari. So yeah. I considered my life so far to be pretty lousy. The boys were waiting in front of the house for us when we got home (wow I warmed up to that word quickly) and kissed us in sync as we leapt into their arms. "Hey, love." Aaron grinned and I kissed his nose, smiling weakly as he put me down to go to the car with the guys. "Where are you goiiiiing?" I moaned and he chuckled. "To grab your bags, love. There's no way I'm making you carry these things to the house." He glared playfully at the girls and they just laughed, taking their things into the house.
He got back to me quickly, shifting all the bags onto his left arm and picking me up with his right, making me frown slightly. "Surely I'm not that light!?" I moaned into his shoulder and he laughed. "Yeah, you are love, but that doesn't mean you can't rock the bed." I blushed furiously and slapped his chest lightly, which would probably only feel like a feather to him. He took me up to his room and plopped me down on the bed where I watched him pack my stuff away. Then he found the pink bag. "NO DON'T LOOK IN-" I put my head in my hands, my face flushing beet red when he pulled out my black one piece the girls had persuaded me to buy from Victoria's Secret.
I groaned as he held it out in front of him, looking at it with an amused expression on his face, chuckling. I flopped onto my face on the soft bed, bedding my legs and leaning my head on my arms. "I'm done, I'm done. Tanya and Adreana are going to die." I moaned and he winked at me. "Why love, can't I see you in this?" I stared at him shocked but he just grinned, waggling his eyebrows. "Y-you actually want to?" I stuttered. "I thought you'd hate it."
He actually choked when I said that, staring at me incredulously. "Why on earth would I hate this? I can't wait to see you in it." He winked at me again as I continued to watch him pack away my things with wide eyes. Wha? He came to sit by me while I continued to stare at nothing in particular. "The sooner the better..." He said in a hot voice and began trailing light kisses down my neck. I let out a breathy moan as he sucked on my sweet spot and I felt him grin against my skin.
I knew what he was working up to, and I have to admit it scared me a bit. Not that I'd ever want to be with anyone but Aaron, but Marking was basically getting married but without the party. I nodded and he mumbled; "You sure?" I nodded again and he sucked lightly at the base of my neck, slipping his hands into mine before sliding his canines into my stone cold skin. I bit my lip, my own sharp teeth elongating as I squeezed his hands, turning round to face him. He smiled at me and I smiled back.
"Now you do me." He said and I watched him carefully. "I don't want to hurt you though, you saw what happened last time I came into contact with were-blood." I mumbled and looked down. He lifted my head up gently and looked into my eyes. "Look." He placed his hand above my unbeating heart and I put mine on his, expecting to feel the soft thrum of his pulse. There was nothing. My eyes widened and I pressed harder, searching for a beat as he gave me a small smile. "Both you and I will be fine, love. I just want to be completely yours." I nodded and extended my teeth again, leaning over to his neck.
I made sure my poison was in check before I started to kiss down to his collarbone, sucking slightly on the base of his exposed neck. I heard a throaty moan come from his mouth and smiled, being careful not to cut him as I found his spot. I closed my eyes and clenched my hands before biting, hearing a sharp intake of breath come from Aaron. I retracted my canines before I got carried away and leaned into his chest, falling asleep to the sound of his breathing.
