School is about a 20 or so minutes away from my house so I usually walk. But it's never boring when you have a friend like Mia by your side.
"Have you down your studied for the Science exam today?" I ask, skimmed through the notes I wrote out last night. Knowing Mia she would have completely forgotten and her reaction would be priceless!
"WHAT!!" She shrieks stopping in her tracks and glaring at me, "How come you didn't tell me!"
"I won't matter you always get 100% on every test" I roll my eyes and look back down at my notes.
"True, but still you of at least told me!" Mia pouted.
By the time we arrived at school I was up to date on my knowledge of the Solar System. I walked through the giant glass doors of Glendale High, my school, and start walking towards my locker.
"So you finally decided to show up!" I hear from behind me. I turn my head to see Jake making his way towards me. His black hair is gelled up and a smirk is creeping up his face.
"You scared of the test Sam?" He asks pointing to the notes in my hand.
"You wish Jake, I'm actually a pro at science" I push his hand away and smile smugly. I look of defeat quickly flashes across his face before it is replaced by a cheeky smile.
"Yeah well, whatever!" Jake says mockingly. Suddenly I feel a tap on my shoulder and a small cough.
"Well if you two keep talking we're going to miss the test all together!" Mia urged. I sighed and started walking to my locker with Jake trailing behind us.
