"Dance Battle!" Coni cheered and the groups echoed the chant. "In this game..well, it's a Weekly Idol classic." The MC instructed. "A random song will be played and you will step up if you know the dance."
Both groups nodded in understanding, getting ready to go up.
  "Music...cue!" Coni spoke.
  AOA's 'Heart Attack'.
  Almost instantly Rae, Soyu, D.M, and J-Hope ran up to the front. The four stood in a row as the chorus started and they hit the chest pump right on beat.
  "Daebak- he's good!" Jay pointed out J-Hope's dancing. The opposite group chuckled at their k-pop dance cover machine.
  As the chorus ended the four sat down. Rae gave a weird pose before sitting down and the girls laughed gently.
  Next song? 'Mamacita' by Super Junior.
  Soyu jumped up to the front with Sozie not trailing far behind. Soyu did the moves powerfully whereas Sozie didn't know the full dance. She did a small freestyle, attempting to follow along with the dance machine-maknae. Then she hit the point dance right in time, hitting the side of her head and leaning.
  "W-wait..stop the music." Coni got silent and looked at Sozie. Both groups were stifling laughs and giggles.
  Soyu crouched next to Sozie on the floor, letting out a cute cackle.
  "Omo, no wonder your the loudest..aish even your laugh is loud." D.M commented from her seat, teasingly at the maknae.
  Sozie covered her face as she laughed.
  "Did you actually hit your head?" Bora and Coni both chorused at the dancer. Both groups cracked into laughed.
  Sozie shook her head as Soyu helped her up.
  "Untie, are you hurt? Are you okay?" The maknae teased before sitting down.
  Sozie fanned her face as Coni cued for the next song.

This time, Bora bravely got up along with V, Jin and Jay. The quiet leader did it just as powerfully as she would do her own dance. Jin sat down almost right away because he relized he did not know the dance once he actually tried. V, however, went full out, mouthing along and doing the moves powerfully. Rap Monster stood up as the father of these children and tugged V back to his seat.
  "Father Namjoon has arrived." Coni mumbled loud enough for them all to hear. Rap Monster looked over at Coni with a playful glare. "Final Song!" Coni ignored him. "For this, you have both prepared the others song, correct?" The groups nodded. "First up, BTS!"
  The boys stepped up and the intro to 'Cushion' played. And you want to know who covered the first line (AKA Ahyoung's Line?)..Rap Monster. He dramatically mouthed the words and the boys did the dances. At the chorus, J-Hope, Jimin and Jungkook led the dance.
  The Ethereal girls clapped along to their song, half of them covering their face due to being flustered.
  "Good job!" Coni commented, clapping. The boys posed in the girls poses.
  "How do we top that?" Sozie blurted out.
  "Aigoo, you always doubt us child." Mother Jay 'tsked' at her fellow member.
The girls split into two groups except for Rae who was sat in the middle. And if you couldn't guess what song they were doing by that formation..War Of Hormone started playing. Rae jumped up, impersonating Rap Mon, and hit the dance on beat. Next, Soyu and Ahyoung jogged in. Then D.M and Bora. Finally, Jay and Sozie. But you know what was most amazing? Not the fact that these skinny framed girls were dancing to a heavy beat song. Or the fact that Jungkook watched Soyu covering his part and Suga watched Jay covering his. The most amazing was that the girls were actually singing and rapping. They did it loud and clear. And it sounded good!
The boys jaws dropped as they heard Rae cover Rap Mon's rap perfectly and the same with Soyu covering the Golden Maknae's cover. At the chorus, Soyu, Bora and Ahyoung instantly changed to husky voices and hit the vocals on point.
Coni and BTS cheered them on with the fan chants. At the end the girls posed before bowing and returning to their seats.
"Aish..you girls are to talented for this show." Coni sighed teasingly, praising the girls multi-talents. The girls gave a wave of "Kamsamnida" before they carried on.
"Lastly, and answer truthfully. Choose your favorite member from Ethereal." Coni looked towards the boys.
"Ah..this is going to make me lose fans." Rap Monster sighed. "But..probably Rae. Sick rap skills." He spoke the last part in English.
"Jay." Suga waved a peace sign at his friend. "I've known her for while."
"Omo, jinja? (really?)" Coni raised his eyebrows. Suga and Jay nodded.
"Wow..well, favorite member, Jin?"
"Ahyoung..she has natural sweet and shy charms..or Bora, she also seems to be the same." Jin gave a cheesy smile before laughing. Ahyoung gave him a small 'thank you'. Bora offered a smile as her thanks but kept quiet.
"Jungkook?" Coni nodded at Jin and then looked at the maknae.
Jungkook looked over the girls, unsure of who he should say. Soyu didn't bother to look away and instead looked him on just like the other 6 girls.
"Goodness, just choose her." Rap Monster spoke in english and Jungkook only understood 'her'.
"Soyu." Jungkook fiddled with his sweater sleeves, biting his lip slightly. Coni gave a warm smile. Soyu pumped her fist (weirdo lmao) and shot a playful heart at Jungkook before laughing.
"V? Jimin? J-Hope?"
"D.M!" J-Hope looked up, giving a thumbs up at the main vocalist who he was already a fan of.
"Sozie or Rae. They were both good." Jimin nodded with an eyesmile. Rae smiled at the praise and Sozie bowed in thanks.
"D.M or Jay~" V bubbled from the far right. Both girls smiled at the cutely weird member.
Coni gave a cool smile at the girls, wiggling his eyebrows. The girls leaned away, flustered.
"Alright, this ends this weeks air. Who is the speaker for Ethereal?" Coni questioned and the girls all pointed at Rae. She nodded defeatedly but happy.
"How was it here with BTS and what do you have to say to everyone?"
"Hello!" Rae waved at the camera. "It was an honor to be here, a day after our debut and already making positive connections. BTS and the entire Weekly Idol staff was so nice. Please continue to support our debut and our promotions. Ethereal-hwaiting!" Rae giggled before pumping her fists.

After the shoot the groups talked. Not for long but long enough. The more 4D members (V, J-Hope, Rae & Sozie) all hung out together in the corner, laughing at the cute little faces on their strawberry milk containers. Suga and Jay caught up about the girls debut and idol life in general even though they had talked just a day ago. Jay consulted him about not bringing the girls boba tea like he said. But he said he would personally invite all the girls with him and the boy somewhere for boba tea and lunch. Rap Monster, Jungkook, Jimin, Soyu, D.M, Bora, Ahyoung & Jin were huddled in a group around the snack table having a contest to see who could make a pretzel stick into a small cup. It was intense.
Jungkook stood close next to Soyu making the female shy. And she's never shy. She's the loud maknae that screams at every jumpscare. She shook it off as she stole a pretzel from Jungkook's hand, smirking up at him before tossing it into the the cup. Jungkook raised his eyebrows taking that as a competition cue and tossed two in without taking his eyes away from hers. Soyu didn't like losing and gave a small frown, turning to walk away. Jungkook grabbed her wrist and pulled her back, enjoying her competitive attitude. Did anyone else notice? Nope, not at all. Soyu locked eyes with him in surprise. He whispered because they were that close to each other right now.

i wasn't completely satisfied with this chapter but hopefully you all are.
