Tom's P.O.V

I hated feeling the weight of coffin on my shoulder.

I hated knowing the only woman I have ever loved was laying in it.

Her father, uncle, and her two brothers where assisting me in carrying her.

When we arrived the gaurds put the coffin into the freshly dug grave.

Her family sobbed. Probably blaming themselves for her death. She willingly gave her body up so her family didn't starve and her brother was a very sick person.

Jane told me her parents begged her not to but she wanted to help pay for her sick brother. She wasn't able to get a job. Until the need for slaves came up.

She wanted to be a blood slave so she didn't have to lose her virginity. But I wanted her.

It was selfish. But I was king. We grew on each other.

I blocked everything out until the end. And then before I left. I laid her favorite flower on her casket.

A pink and white lily.

Then left.

Soon we will be together agian.

It's been months since my beloveds murder.

I've been in my room since the funiral.

Servers have brought me blood every week. It's the only thing keeping me alive.

I looked at my nightstand. A vial sat on it.

A family friend created it for me.

It's to help me sleep until the right moment .

It will wake me until my beloved is reborn and is the right age for me to claim her.

I had told me most trusted adviser gaurd and friend, Luke, about my plan. He is to watch over our race till my heartbreak is over and I'm reunited with my one true love.

I grabbed the vial and I drank it.

Bloody hell it was gross.

I then drank my last cup of blood and laid down on my bed.

My heavy eyes started to close themselves.

"I promise my love. I will see you soon."

With that it all went dark.
