Chapter 5~Arctica

~Your P.O.V~
Chloe finally left after a few hours and not to mention insults towards me when Adrien wasn't looking,when she finally left it was about 10:30,

"You should stay for the night,plus you'll get hypothermia if you stay in that shed" I nodded really not wanting to leave the warmth this house had granted me,I was told that Alex would be sleeping in a separate room down the hallway to me and that if I ever wanted to visit her during the night I was always welcome,

I was put into a rather large guest room that was empty except for a dresser a bed and some extra blankets in the dresser,the bed was a dark Crimson colour,all in all it was a really cool room,

I decided I would go out tonight,it was still rather early and I wasn't tired although I had heard about Paris' super heroes,I recall their names being Cat Noir and Ladybug and I didn't feel like dealing with them so I suppose I could just do my best to avoid them,

"....Hazzard...lets go...exploring" Hazzard quickly flew out of my pocket and started exclaiming about how this
would be 'good for me'

She began fusing with my bracelet miraculous "Let the hunt begin!" I exclaimed as I changed into Arctica,

After I changed my ears and tail perked up,I'm not sure how they do that or how they look realistic but they do,I quickly jumped out the window and began pardcoring from building to building until I saw the literal only two people I didn't want to see...Cat Noir and LadyBug and the worst part was they saw me too,after staring at me for a while they called out to me and took chase while I proceeded to quickly bound from building to building in attempt to get away from the two,

They continued to follow me still yelling at me to stop,I took my scythe from my belt,you see the thing with my scythe is,when I'm not holding it,it looks like a plain little black stick but when I grab a hold of it it suddenly sprouts into a long,sharp scythe,

After it became an actual scythe I stopped running and skidded to a halt at the top of the building,I stood up and the pair of heroes chasing me stopped too,panting loudly then the one clad in red with black spots managed to say "Y-You run fast...who are you?" I stared at the two for a while more taking in their appearances "...some call me human...most call me a monster...some even call me a hero" I muttered then Cat Noir caught his breath "You're new I can tell,so what bring someone like you to Paris?" He grinned "Irrelevant..." I sighed "I do not wish to join your little tag team...I can defend myself without the help of others" they both grinned this time "Well since we're all superheroes here and it's best if we work together,if you can beat us we'll never speak to you again..."Cat Noir said,

I was about to agree when he continued "but if we win you join our 'little tag team' and the thing is you'll try to beat us two on one" I nodded my head "Child's play..."

I got myself into fighting position,my scythe pulled back,I wasn't really going to hurt them I was just going to ruff them up a little,you know,showing them whose boss,

They made the first move Cat Noir bolted towards me,his staff just about to hit me in the stomach although I dodged just in time,I turned and kicked the back of his knees,causing his knees to buckle throwing him off balance and making him fall to the ground, "Pointless..." I muttered,only a few seconds into the fight and I already got him down...how feeble...

Then LadyBug stormed towards me obviously mad about her partner being taken down so easily,she then proceeded to take out her weapon...a yoyo?... Are you actually serious?

She fired the yoyo at me attempting to tie me up in it but I once again dodged "You really are children...arn't you?" I hit LadyBug with the blunted side off my scythe causing her to fall and skid along the ground,

By this time Cat Noir had managed to pick himself off the ground,madder then ever he charged at me,staff out "Looks like the kitty...has claws" I was talking so blankly to both of them,it fuelled his rage,LadyBug had multiple cuts and scratches from skidding across the floor,the worst being on her legs,disabling her from standing,

Cat Noir was going all out when he noticed LadyBug being hurt,

Our weapons locked in battle he was muttering things like 'M'Lady!' And stuff like that,Hilarious is it not? I've only meet these two mere minutes ago but I basically know everything,male loves female but female is too dense to realise...classic love story,I only wonder will it end like all the others?

I felt like smirking so bad! But I had to keep my calm demeanour I can't let him know what's coming now can I?

I jumped back "Please...prepare yourself..." I started twirling my scythe around,as it gathered speed it started to create a powerful wind pushing Cat Noir back as he attempted to block,good look with this one,it's going to take you a while to recover,

By the time this ended Cat Noir had almost fallen off the building,a crowd had now gathered and was watching our fight,although they may not get the outcome they usually get,this time the tag team will not win,not while I'm here,

Cat Noir was trying to recover from the mini tornado I just sent his way,he let his guard down,tisk tisk...you should know better little kitty,

I sprinted towards him and using the blunt edge of the scythe sent him tumbling to the ground just as LadyBug had once done,

it seems they had never lost before and were quiet 'beat up' about it,I walked over and offered them a hand,might as well help them,I just beat them up for no reason right plus i don't need any enemies,

As soon as I reached my hand out to Cat Noir he grabbed my hand and tried to throw me over onto the ground,just as I was about to make impact with the floor I rolled up my body to spread the impact around my body,

When I hit the floor I got up quickly hardly a scratch,when I did get up Cat Noir was helping LadyBug up,they both smiling weakly at me,"Do I really need to throw you both...off this building?"

LadyBug got up "Sorry but we need to return the favour!" I pinched the bridge of my nose,

I was bored with this pointless fight and decided to end this quickly,I calmly walked over to Cat Noir as he held a defensive stance,I pretended to walk away and looked as if I was leaving,he stood there stunned,he actually believed I would give up this easily,not in one thousand years,

As soon as he turned my back from me I quickly turned around and before he could react,grabbed his tail and threw him to the other end of the roof,

The crowd below gasped,I suppose they didn't think a new hero could just come in here and steal the show,but as they say 'expect the unexpected',

I decided I was done playing and I wanted this over with I ran over to the un-expecting LadyBug and quickly round-kicked her on her side causing her to fall,

After I was sure neither of them could stand up for another while,I decided that I wanted to go and get some sleep,those two had kept me here almost all night and I wanted to get even the least bit amount of sleep tonight I had school tomorrow after all,

I was just about to jump off the building before I whispered just loud enough for them to hear "Arctica..." I then proceeded to jump off the building and make my way back to Adrien's house,

~Adrien/Cat Noir's P.O.V~
Goddammit LadyBug and I were so weak against that girl! Just before she left she whispered 'Arctica' just loud enough for us to hear...

I'm going to guess that's her name,

I realised LadyBug was hurt,I quickly forced my body up,it hurt a lot more then I first thought but I needed to help her,I stumbled over to LadyBug and put her arm over my shoulder "She was strong..." LadyBug muttered,I smiled weakly at her "We'll just have to get stronger"

LadyBug told me where to take her and that she would be able to handle herself from there,I somehow managed to get LadyBug here in front of a bakery,I didn't know why she wanted to go here but I put her down and ran off back home,

After getting back home I quickly un-transformed changed into sleepwear and jumped into bed,falling asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow,

((Please don't expect all chapters to be this long! I'm a horrible writer so this is the longest chapter I've ever even written but I put my all into the fighting scene please enjoy the rest of the story!))
