~Niall's P.O.V~
I knew once I fell for someone, I would get hurt. Yeah, I slept with Shelly, but only because the boys told me they would leave Maria alone. Plus, they would leave me, which I would be stuck as an unpopular kid, which cannot happen. I walk inside my house, and see the boys have left. I quickly run upstairs and lay down on my bed, and thinked. If Maria still thinks I'm a player, well fine. I guess I am a player. From now on, no more Maria, no more love and no more Mr. Settle down. Time for Mr. Player to come out.
~Maria's P.O.V~
I'm at home, eating a tub of Ice cream, as me, Cole, and Victoria were watching one of my favorite movies, Mean Girls. Than the door close and I see my mom.
"Hey honey, hey Cole, hey Victoria. Did you guys suprise Maria?" She asked.
"Uh, You can say that" Cole said.
"Good." My mom smiled as she turned in my direction.
"Maria, Whats wrong? You look like you've been crying."
"Because I have" I said in a dull voice, while watching Mean Girls.
"Oh, sweetheart, can you tell me what wrong?" She asked. I looked at my friends, giving them a signal to leave the room.
"Oh,Um.... We haven't had that much time in the kitchen. Ummmm... Lets go Cole" Victoria said to Cole.
"But we alre-"
"I said lets go" Victoria interrupted, dragging him into the kitchen. Thats Cole and Victoria's friendship.
"Ok, sweety, whats wrong?" She asked again
"Well, mom, there's this boy, who I thought I was cute, but, people kept saying he only wanted me for sex. So I listen to them, half of the time, and remember the time when you thought I was at home"
"Wait, What!?" My mom shouted.
"Well, I was actually at a party, It was the boys party. As me and Ava were dancing, the boy grabbed me and started grinding on me and well, I yelled at him and ran up to his room an-"
"Did he rape you?" My mom asked, looking serious as ever.
"No, but he kissed me and it felt right, but I slapped him and ran. The next day, he asked me out and I said yes, So we went on the date and it was magical, but the next day, he cheated on me. I saw him with another girl." I look down, holding onto my tears.
"Oh, baby girl. I'm sooo sorry. Boys are jerks, but guess what, you will find that one boy who will make you feel beautiful, and make you smile everyday." She said, holding me tight.
"Thanks mom. *Sniff* Your right. I just need to move on." I smiled at her as she nodded her head.
