2000. For many, the start of a new century, a new age. For Grace Carter it was the beginning of a new life. A new life away from home, away from friends, away from years of torment that the small town of Ipswich had brought upon her. For that year, she would finally be embarking on a new adventure and a new life. While she would be sad to see some people go, she vowed to always remain in contact, and visit whenever possible.

September came around quickly, it seemed only a moment ago that she had been sitting in that all familiar exam hall furiously writing away, hoping that the scribbled ink upon the paper would somehow secure her position at her university of choice in months to come. Yet here she was. It was real.

The arts had always been a part of Grace's life, with a playwright for a father, and a mother holding several successes in theatre to her name, she was no stranger to the subject. But it was music she really wanted to persue. Singing, piano, violin...she wanted to learn it all. Of course she already had an array of musical talents under her belt, but what better place to develop these skills than Trinity College, Cambridge.
