David's POV

~I wonder where she went...? Am I really that scary?  And she's even lying to herself, I can read her thoughts, and her heart... Why cant she be true to herself?

"Hey! dude, class is about to start!" I saw Edmon calling me "Yeah, be right there!" Geez so early in the morning, and he's already hyper, oh well I better hurry up  "Hey dude! did you manage to make her yours?" He asked with an insane smile, come on give me a break!  "I haven't yet... But today she'll be mine" I smiled at him.

But how...? I know I will stick around with a lot of girls, and make her jealous a bit, so that she'll realize that she likes me after all!! That should work "What should work? dude you're talking to yourself agian"  Yeah, whatever

The rest of the subject for our first period passed by quickly, and it was already lunch break, I went quickly to the cafeteria, I looked around and I saw Serah... Perfect all I need to do is find some girls... "David!!! David!" I looked behind me and I saw Michelle calling to me, PERFECT! the school's queen campus "Hey... Michelle, what's up?" I saw Serah looking at us, so I continued talking to Michelle, which feels kinda awkward of course, as I was talking to Michelle, I felt my phone vibrated "Ah, wait I need to answer my phone" I ran away from Michelle and took my phone out, I looked at the name of the caller and it was unknown.

"He... Hello? Who's this?" I asked with a curiosed tone in my voice, I heard nothing... but suddenly I heard a laughing voice, an old man's voice  "What an idiot you are!!! You should have stayed by her side!!! Now hurry up and run back to the cafeteria, I have a big surprise for you! Hahahaha!!!"  My hand was shaking from anger, and my body felt the urge of wanting to kill, I quickly ran to the cafeteria, when I saw Serah, my body was in full anger, the students were on the other side of the cafeteria just watching, while Serah... she was forcing herself to stand up and blood was dripping from her shoulder, I quickly ran to her "S... Serah! what happened!?" I helped her stand up, but I was surprised when she pushed me away and took out a dagger from her jacket, and quickly moved away.

"Stay away from here!!" Serah shouted at me, I saw a creature run towards her, but Serah quickly dodge it's attack.

"Sera-!!" My whole eyesight suddenly became blurred, and I started to hear weird noises "David!! What are you doing!!?? those are wrong!" Wait, is that... my FATHER!?  What's this? W... where am I?? I suddenly hear people screaming, and I felt someone embraced me, my eyesight slowly returned to normal, my eyes widened when I saw Serah in front of me, and behind her was... the creatures claws, stuck in her back "Y... you were right... after all, I... I do like... you-" She whisphered on my ears "Se... Serah!!??" I was raged, I looked at the creature with rage in my eyes, when suddenly someone hold my shoulder from behind "Young master, let us handle this" I saw Daniel stepped forward followed by Drake.

"How dare you hurt our young master's princess!!" Drake shouted while running forward to the creature, Drake jumped above the creature's shoulder and hold it's neck, taking his dagger out, he held it up and stabbed the creature on it's neck, Daniel wasn't contented, he ripped the creature's heart out and made the creature eat it, causing the creature's blood to splatter all around them, after they finished, they ran back to me "Young master, we must go before the cops arrive, and we need to tend young mistress's wound" I nodded in response, I quickly lift Serah, bridal style, I used my speed to quickly go outside, there was a car waiting for us, I opened the door and I saw my aunt, she quickly grabbed Serah and started tending on Serah's wounds.
