But he hadn't expected to see her so soon. He felt like crouching and hiding for the rest of his life but he couldn't do it.
He couldn't take his eyes off her.
He drunk in her face. Those electric blue eyes, sparkling with energy. Those black and blue bangs which he raved to explore. And especially her lips, which he had wanted to kiss since so many years, which were currently fixated into a smile.
A smile.
But how could she smile? He stood in front of her, his culprit. The person who had destroyed their lives, the person who had broken his promise, the person who gad betrayed her.
Yet she smiled as if she had everything she wanted, the world's greatest happiness.
She ran upto him and Luke braced himself for a punch.
It did not come.
Her arms went around him, crushing him, as she flung herself on top if him, as if she couldn't stand on her feet.
Her moth crashed against his and Luke felt dizzy. His emotions swirled as his heart sped up. He kissed her back for all that was worth and held her tight, clinging to her warmth, her smell, her soul.

"That was for leaving me alone", she huffed, crossing her arms across her chest.
"Your punishment us just starting, Luke. You are scheduled for eternal torture with a certain daughter of Zeus."
Luke couldn't help himself, he cracked a grin.
"I can live with that."
