What lurks in the shadows

Chapter 2

*When i woke up the next morning, i realized that my so called master had left so i decided to go downstairs for breakfast, and as i reached the bottom of the stairs i saw him laying on the couch passed out. I just rolled my eyes and walked into the kitchen to get a bowl of cereal. After i had gotten my cereal i went back into the living room and noticed that he was gone.*

"Great!" i mumbled to myself as i walked over to the couch and sat down, turning on the t.v. to watch family guy.

* The t.v. started to glitch so i yelled BEN! GET OUT OF MY T.V.!!!, and it stopped glitching.*

*I heard someone laughing behind me so i turned around and saw him standing there bent over clutching his stomach.*

"jeez if you're going to stalk me the least you can do is be silent" i said out of aggravation. He stopped laughing when he noticed i was looking at him with a glare.

"Aw my pet has awoken" he said as he stood up completely, looking back at me. I turned back around to continue watching family guy, but the t.v. began to glitch again.

"Damnit ben!, Get out of my t.v.!" i hissed, but the t.v.kept glitching. "Fuck it!!" i said throwing a pillow at the t.v., almost knocking it over. I got off the couch and walked back into the kitchen placing my now empty bowl into the sink. I turned around only to be pinned in place by two arms.

"What's your name pet?" he asked calmly.
"My name is scarlet, and what about yours?" i responded.

"Jeff, jeff the killer. i was hoping you'd know me from the clue i gave you last night" he said before placing his face into the crook of my neck. I only sighed and wrapped both of my arms around his neck.

"Your such a tease jeff" i whispered to him. He immediately placed his hands on my hips and looked straight into the eyes.

"What makes you say that?" he asked giving me a confused look.

"First you wanted to kill me, then you made-out with me, then you told me if i wanted more i had to call you master. so again you're a tease." I said in a playful tone.

"Oh really?, you're the one who whined." he said back playfully.

* I blushed as his face came closer to mine leaving only an inch between us.*

"Wanna continue from last night pet?" he asked seductively.

* I leaned in and kissed him by surprise. He kissed back as he picked me up and i wrapped my legs around his waist. He pulled away before putting me down and grabbing my hand as he pulled me upstairs and threw me on my bed before towering over me. His eyes were full of lust, and want. He leaned down to my collar bone and began to suck on my skin leaving a mark. He then kissed up my neck, and i felt my heart begin race. He must of heard it because he stopped and looked at me confused before laying his head on my chest listening to my heart.*

"Wow scarlet, do i really make you're heart race like it's about to jump out of your chest?" he asked looking at me.

"Well since you're the first guy to touch me like this, yeah." i said looking away while blushing a deep red.

*He smiled then laid his head back onto my chest to continue listening to my heart. He reminded me of a kid who used to live on my street before his parents and his brother were killed. But the weird thing was that the kid completely disappeared from society. The kid and i were actually good friends before he disappeared.*

"Hey jeff, did you know the kid who used to live in that house over there before he disappeared?" i asked staring at the house.

*Jeff followed my gaze to the house i was staring at and i swear i heard him growl. I looked back at jeff who was now glaring at me in anger.*
