Chpt. 10

They can't really tell exactly how long it's been since they've been to the human world. How long it's been since they found out about their real parents. Since Kotomi and Ichigo shared their first and maybe last kiss? However long it's been, they try their best not to think of it. They miss Ichigo and his other weird friends of his. Well they're considered their own friends if they really thought about it. Training in Soul Society where they were originally from, it started off a bit weird, but soon enough they grew used to it. Too bad the only parent allowed in Soul Society is Yoruichi, but they communicate with their "Dear Father" with their soul phones of course.

The day started off as normal as any day could get with the sisters. Yoruichi helped them realize they could shape-shift into cats just as she can and since then, well let's just say Captain Hitsugaya has gotten tired of the cat hairs around his quarters.

Emi walked with a bit of a jump to her step, on her way to meet up with her boyfriend slash toy. With her black paw, she managed to scratch the door open and enter Renji's quarters, hopping onto the small table and accidentally dropping a vase of flowers. Emi blinked down at it, her tail swishing without a care. With a small startled jerk from the kitten, the door to the bathroom to see Renji, completely soaked, naked, and without a towel around himself.

You might come to ask, how did they end up together?

"Renji, Emi really likes you and wants to go out with you. Emi, Renji feels the same way. Now, shut up and kiss."

Emi still hadn't forgiven Kotomi for it.

Renji stood there a moment, staring at the cat, about to dismiss it as nothing, until said cat began to laugh, paw to her small mouth. At this, the Vice Captain couldn't help but freak out, pointing at his girlfriend with a glare, "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"

"Hey, Emi, are you here? Toushi-chan sai--" When Kotomi walked in, in her own auburn kitten form, she fell onto her back, rolling and laughing because of the cherry red body that is Renji Abarai.

"GET OUT!" With this, the cats ran out, continuously laughing even after having a sandal thrown at them.

"Your boyfriend has a nice ass. Too bad Shuhei's is beeetterrr~" Kotomi laughed with no shame that she had been a peeping tom when a selective few male shinigami were having a sauna party.

"Shut up! Now, what is it that you wanted? Something about Toushi-chan?" At this, Kotomi perked up and nods quickly.

"Toushi-chan wants us to go to his quarters! Something about a mission. You know he tends to talk a lot so I kinda zoned out after a while" she shrugs.

Emi shakes her head with a chuckle, muttering an, "Of course," while the sisters walked toward the captain of the 10th division.

A barrage of knocks alerted the captain making him jump in annoyance, "Come in."

Kotomi and Emi walk in, both wearing messy robes due to their rush in dress, "You called for us Tooshy-taichou!!"

Their new nickname for him made him groan as he rubbed his temples, "Yes," he sighs, "The commander asked me to pick out a few people to send to the human world. I'm picking you two..."

The captain continued to speak, however the girls had stopped listening after he mentioned the human world.

"...We're going back..?" Emi glanced at her sister with a worried look, having heard her breathy question.

•*•*"Have you decided what you're gonna do about the future?" A very bored Keigo was hanging on to the railing that went along the edges of the roof of the school. He and Ichigo were eating lunch together and the brunet had started the conversation.
