~Chapter 1~

Marinette POV

"Mari...."

"Mari!'

"MARINETTE!!!"

I yepled as I fell off of my bed. "Owwww...." I grumbled. I picked myself off of my bedroom floor and heard a little voice laughing. I turned my head and saw a little red kwami sitting at the end of my bed. "Really tikki? You scared me half to death!" I yelled. She laughed even harder.

I smirked and shook my head.

I got up and ran over to my calendar. "Hmmmm... What's going on today..." I mumbled to myself...

Adrien's photoshoot was yesterday......

Tomorrow is Monday, so that means school......yay....

"No way..." I gasped. I stared at the information that was in front of me and squealed. "Its today?! I totally forgot!!"

"What is it Mari?" Tikki asked peeking her head over my shoulder to look at what I was squealing about.

"I can't believe I forgot today is my birthday!!!!" I exclaimed in excitement to tikki. Tikki's eyes sparkled. "Really?! I forgot about that too! Happy Birthday Marinette!!" Tikki said. I giggled and thanked her.

Tikki flew inside my purse as I ran out of my room to eat breakfast.

"Good Morning Marinette!" My mom , Sabine, said to me as I kissed her cheek. "Morning mom. What's for breakfast?" I asked.

My mom giggled as she set up the table and placed Pancakes on my plate. I smelt the warm pancakes and sighed ........

"Pancakkkkesss" I mumbled to myself as I dived my fork and knife into the fluffy brown perfect

Getting distracted....

Minutes later

My phone buzzed and I saw I got a text message from Alya.

Alya: Hey girl! Meet me at the school yard! I have something to tell you!!

"Who's that?" My mom asked. I swallowed my food and replied, "I got to go meet up with Alya for something. Be back soon!!"

My mom nodded her head. "Ok be back before dinner! Oh and Happy birthday sweetie!!" She exclaimed as I ran out the bakery door.

Tikki popped her head out of my purse. "You know what tikki." I said while smiling at the red kwami.

"It would be faster for ladybug than for clumsy ol' me."

Tikki smiled as I ran to a corner and said my favorite lines.

"Spots on Tikki! Yeah!" I exclaimed as my regular clothes disappeared into a spotted red spandex clothing.

I quickly arrived to the meeting place and saw Alya waiting next to a tree. I went back to normal and ran towards Alya.

"Alya!!!" I yelled to get her Attention. She turned her head and smiled. "Hey girl!! Happy birthday!" She exclaimed as we gave each other a quick hug.

"Thanks! So--- what's up?" I asked her. Alya had this huge grin on her face......oh god....

What is she planning.

"Well first! There is a rumor that Adrien's Cousin is visiting today!" She whispered to me.
