// 1 Week Later //

Everything's going great. Except for the fact that Denis keeps going out all the time, drinking non stop. I've been home alone with the baby doing everything myself.

If I'm honest I haven't got a proper nights sleep since we've returned from the hospital. I'm enjoying the new experiences, but not the night part.

I'm currently at my moms house, I decided to bring Matty for a walk and ended up here.

"Where's Denis?" My dad asked as I rested Matty on my chest, his head resting on my shoulder.

"Oh he went shopping for me." I lied, I couldn't tell my dad what Denis has been like. He would kill him.

"Awh that's great dear, looks like he's been helping out then?"

I nodded and smiled.

Asshole needs to start helping me out more like.

"You look very tired." My mom sighed, "I hate seeing you like this."

"Mom." I chuckled, "It's all a part of motherhood. I'm not gonna get much sleep until he gets a little older."

"I know honey, but tell me if you need anything. Anything at all I would be honoured to help."

"Thanks mom, I just need to learn how to deal with first. He is only a week old after all." I smiled. "Well I better head home, Denis should be back soon."

"Oh alright, get home safe." My mom said, pecking me on the cheek as she helped me put Matty in his stroller.

"Bye bye little buddy!" She cooed, kissing his forehead.

After exchanging goodbyes with my dad I left, the heat of Los Angeles hitting me quickly.

When I got home Denis was back.

"Hey baby." He smirked.

"Yeah, Hey."

"How's my little buddy." He smiled, picking up Matty.

"He'd be amazing if you were here to fucking help." I muttered under my breath.

"What?" Denis scoffed.

Oh of course he had to hear me.

"Nothing. Mind Matty for a bit I need to shower." I said. Shrugging my shoulders before heading upstairs.

If this is the way it's always gonna be, then Denis will not be sticking around.

After having a relaxing shower, I slipped on my black spaghetti strap crop top and a pair of black high waist shorts, leaving my hair to air dry as I returned to Denis and Matty.

They were both asleep on the chair, Denis was lying down and Matty was on top, he looked so cute.

I snapped a picture, the snap made it look like everything was alright. I uploaded it to Twitter with the caption 'Like father like son. 💗'

I then picked up Matty, he needed a feed.

"Hey baby." I smiled, rubbing his little cheek.
