Benedict's POV

~~~~~~~~~~
I made up my mind that I had to straighten things out with Jennifer. I couldn't bare to see her upset, especially since I was the cause for her mood. We had ages before we were needed again so I began looking for her trailer. I eventually found the small caravan nearest the studio with the name Jennifer Curtis-Taylor on a laminated star stuck to the door with blue tack. After I had knocked the door multiple times and there was no reply, so I figured she had went out a walk or something so I began to walk back when a strange and rather dangerous thought occurred. I opened the small trailer door which can not be locked and stepped inside. It wasn't really any different from mine, same decor, same size and in almost the same amount of careless mess. I sat on the small couch next to a book which she appeared to be reading, it looked like she was about ten pages from finishing it. I picked it up and began to read. It was a silly romance novel but for some reason it intrigued me, the main character in the book was a woman in her late thirties who couldn't get a date and was travelling the world to try and get one. The book was rather amusing and I only read on for a laugh.
.I was at the main climax of the story where the woman and the man where about to kiss for the first time in a restaurant in Italy when i was too engrossed in the book to notice that Jennifer had walked in and was staring at me intensely, her mouth open slightly and her arms lying carelessly by her side.
"What the hell!?" ah, I knew she'd take it the wrong way "Why the bloody hell are you sitting in my trailer reading my book!" she snatched the book from my hands and threw it on the floor "I thought you wanted nothing to do with me?" she hung her head in what I guessed was shame.
"I-I came to apologise for what I said" she looked at me confused "About the kiss, I didn't mean it, that it shouldn't of happened. But you see Jen, I just didn't want to hurt you."
"Didn't want to hurt me! you ignore me for four days solid, kiss me, tell me it shouldn't have happened then left my in the rain where I could've caught pneumonia or something. You are one strange man Benedict, get out of my trailer!" she threw the door open and pointed to outside.
"Before I go, I just want to clear something up. I think you are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen, you're funny and smart and a fantastic actress. I believe you will do well in this business, very well indeed. But I didn't want you to get involved with me, I'm no good with relationships and I fear that the media would have awful things to say about the age gap between us." I turned and headed for the door.
"Wait." I turned back "I'm sorry I didn't know. I just thought you were being a complete dick to me for no reason and it was starting to get to me. you really think I'm beautiful?" she asked, blushing slightly.
"Oh most definitely." I gave a her a small smile and left.
Jennifer's POV
~~~~~~~~~~

oh most definitely. His words swam around my brain. So he was trying to protect me from himself. I started to laugh, more like a school girls giggle, because at that moment I was so completely happy. Benedict Cumberbatch one of the greatest and handsomest actors to ever walk the earth had just called me beautiful.And he meant it. I just stood in my trailer for a while completely dumbfounded, the kiss kept flashing through my brain. It would've been so perfect had he not said it was a mistake afterwards.

For days we carried on like before, getting on with filming, neither of us really talking to the other, neither of us mentioning the previous events. Th effect of what Benedict had said to me were wearing of and began to get pissed off again by the fact that he wasn't speaking a word to me off set. I din't want to confront him like the last two times so I got a hold of him after filming before he could leave.

"So..." great start Jennifer I thought "We aren't even going to pretend to have friendly conversation then?"

"Well I didn't think you'd want to see me after the way I treated you."

"You just don't get it do you?"

"Get what?" he cocked his head to the side like a confused puppy dog.

I let out a sigh "Never mind. Can we at least talk about the kiss?"

He hesitated for a moment before replying "Yes. But how about we do it over dinner. I know this lovely restaurant just down the street, very difficult to get noticed there. I will pick you up at eight?"

And then he left.

A/N: once again, the book, completely fictional although I may write it afterwards. Only joking ;) keep reading and if you wish voting and commenting.
