It all began in the December of 2008, one chilly winter break. It all took an unexpected turn...
Mr. & Mrs. Smith were out for the weekend & Mr. McDonald was supposed to attend a dominant meeting- resulting in Jane to be left all alone for the coming week. Jane, was Mr.McDonald's little princess, an angel in all ways, and Jack; Mr. & Mrs. Smith's only spoil lad. Both these teenagers were neighbors for the past 14 years, but neither of them ever tried communication. They say everything has a first time, right?
It was gonna be their first time. Friendship is such a beautiful word and way more beautiful if fulfilled with true/neat intentions. But NO! This was not to be the happy old yarn. It was going to change the reality of life, the true meaning of loyalty, trust, friendship & love...
Jane was naive. A teenager completely unaware of the teenage world. What a pure soul her's was. It would have been the same, untouched only if a guy like Jack wouldn't have taken a step inside her life.
Jack, hazel brown eyes, his ash-colored hair, milk white skin, his long bony fingers, six pack abs...His hugs, unexpected kisses to his girl(s)... His pockets full of cash, being the leader of the swag gang.
Wasn't he ever girl's dream boy?!
But, to Jane- he wasn't. He didn't mean anything. They were in the same batch since the past 12 years, Jane McDonald, was the only girl Jack hadn't touched or communicated to. Though, Jane knew him, he was like any other guy. This innocent soul had never talked to a 'guy' before... because she knew how they would entangle her with their cruel intentions. She knew they were all players, lady-killers, studs, heart breakers and oh what not? Her Dad had always kept his little darling daughter alert & bewared her of what was to come if she dared to take a step ahead.
{She exactly knew what her Dad meant & what he was trying to save her from. It was once when she had a friend, who fell for a player (obviously) and he (the player) ditched her and stomped over her heart and crushed it into bits and pieces and what Jane dealt with was the 'death of her dearest friend'. She exactly knew the feeling as if it happened to her}.
This was just one of the many real life incidents she pictured since childhood. That was a sole reason why she had exactly given up on the meaning of love, yet the poor girl had no clue about her future to come...
