16 year old Elise has seen it all. The poor, the rich, and those who sit in their homes by the fireplace, watching it all happen. Elise has been none of those people.

You can find Elise often leaning against a brick wall in front of one of the many buildings in London. You will know her when you see her, the girl with the hood of her black hoodie pulled over her head with her chocolate brown curls spilling out. Her hair always looks like its been curled with a curling iron, but she owns nothing of the sort. She owns nothing at all except the clothes she wears and a pair of black/brown boots.

She lives in her mothers house. But she is impossible. She has a cat tail and ears that she inherited from her mom. Her mother died straight after she was born. Her father is her legal guardian, but nobody knows that he disappeared of the face of the earth years ago. They already owned the house and all the payments were done, but Elise's house was kind of... off the charts. In a neighborhood that was abandoned long ago. No payment, taxes, census, just ten streets of abandoned houses and a forgotten girl.

She never went to school. Oddly enough, she never needed it.
She did find it strange that no one noticed her father, billionaire Carter Tyler, was gone. She missed him a great deal. But she was thankful that he left his money behind, or else she wouldn't be fed or anything. Believe me, a billion dollars can take you a long way, but she never wanted to get a job or anything, so buying clothes was an occasional thing. But there's something about her that is even more interesting. The reason why she is forgotten to society.

And that's the life of the forgotten girl. But her story is about to change.
