"No." I said sternly while crossing my arms over my chest.

"Come on Aph, it's just for fun~." A familiar jet black haired meanie said,nudging me in the side.

"Zane. No. I won't go to some stupid party. The next week is going to be review week and tons of tests will be made. What am I going to do you ask? STUDY." I said,glaring at him.

He scoffed and pouted. Turning away from me,he sighed.

"Fine....just drive me and Katelyn I guess?" He offered,still pouting.

"Fine, I will- wait,What!!! Katelyn? As in THE Katelyn Dragofire?" I asked,surprised.

Katelyn is never the one for parties. She would rather stay at home all snuggled in her bed.

"Yeah, Katelyn decided to come out of her shell now since...a few months later we're all...graduates already." Zane replied, saying the last part sadly.

I felt my expression soften when I heard all this. Yeah, we're gonna graduate and face the real worlds a few months later. If only you could stay young forever...minus the studying of course, I mean, who would want that?

"Fine. I'll drive you guys there...and stay-"

"That's great!-

"But!" I said,raising a finger up to his face.

"I will not interact with anyone but you guys. Also, I'll come as your chaperon. I will also not get drunk." I said, sternly. Zane fist-bumped the air and smiled.

"Thanks Aphmau! Pick us up at 8 at my house. Oh and yeah,

It's a costume party. Bye!" With that said, he ran off waving.

I felt my face go pale when I heard the last part. C-costume? P-party?

"Wahhh!!! This is going to be the death of me!" I said,covering my face and shaking my head from side to side.

Just say that I've had a bad history with costume parties.

When I was five, there was this costume party my friend held, I was five so I thought being a potato to the party would be a great idea. Then again, I was laughed at and teased about it at school.

At 10 we again, had another costume party. I was 10 and I thought being Barbie to the party would be cool. Then I was teased about it, so I went home crying.

I never went to costume parties ever again.

But here we are 8 years later, going to another one once again. But I already told Zane....

Psh! I'll look for a perfect costume! Or should I say...A perfect costume to cosplay!!!

"Kyaaaa!!! This fits so well!" I yelled as I tried on a Survey Corps uniform from "Shingeki no Kyojin".

I checked myself on the mirror and...I think it's perfect!

I paid for it to the cashier and went on my way.
