Chapter Eleven

Oh and one more thing. I won't be updating for the next two days. I am very

sorry because I will be busy in school. So anyway here is your new chapter!

I do not need to work anymore. I can be a normal person with a normal life

but life wouldn't be normal without my mother. I really missed her! Peri came

into the room and smiled. "How's your sleep? Are you feeling better?" "Sorry

for sleeping on your bed. Where did you sleep last night?" I said, patting the

bed.

She shrugged. " Well, I slept on the couch. But its very comfy." I nodded. "I

am going to my room. Would you like to follow me?" Peri took my hand and

lead me to my room. "Do you know that the summer solstice is arriving?" I

frowned. "What? What is that?" "You don't know what is that?"

I shook my head. " No." "The summer solstice is a day where all vampires

eat humans to regain their powers that they have lost. Either humans or

vampires." Peri explained. My eyes widen. "So that means, Darren...and

Finn...Taylor...all-"

Peri nodded. " Yeah Robin."

I frowned. " So...will they eat us?" Peri's eyes widen. "Oh no. Only those

chosen ones. Those chosen ones will be for the prince and also for all

vampires in the castle. I don't think you will be chosen. Me, definitely not." I

nodded and smiled. "Yeah. I think he loves me! " Peri giggled and helped me

chose an outfit. "Here. This purple one looks good on you." I took it and put it

on. "Looks nice. Alright I will wear this one."

We went to the living room to have some tea. Darren was not there. Peri

frowned. "Wow he is not there!" I pouted and sat beside her. "Lets have a

drink!"

Where am I? I looked around and frowned. This looks exactly like the palace.

I gasped and saw a man and a boy thst looks exactly like me. Then I

realised. It was my father and that person is me. I am in my own dream!

" The war is here. We have to fight. Son you have to hide. It is too dangerous

for you to be here. So I'll put you into sleep." The boy frowned. "But why? I

can fight." King John, said. "You can't son. No one can defeat Mora, the evil

sorceress. We need someone, a descendant of Danus to defeat Mora. So

son, I have no choice but to fight. You must survive. Find the descendant of

King Danus when you wake up from your sleep."

The boy nodded. King John smiled. It is the first time I saw my father smile. I

thought. After sleeping for so long, I had already forgotten about his face.

Now is my chance to absorb his features. " This war shall not end easily.

When I die, they will hunt for you. I'll leave some soldiers for you so, go to

sleep now." "Wait father!" the boy said beginning to feel dizzy. "How do I find

the descendant of Danus?" "Find the mark on her arm, a shape of vines

circling around her arm. It has a small moon in the middle."

The boy nodded and laid on his bed, falling into a deep sleep. The dream

was beginning to fade and I caught sight of my father smiling at me before

disappearing.

I woke up and gasped. The war. Mora. Descendant of Danus. Everything

was swirling in my mind now. So this is how I fell asleep. The war that

happened after my sleep. So now I should find the descendant of King

Danus. But how?

Ah, I could ask everyone at the palace to lift up their sleeves and check them

one by one. Yup! I'll do it today.

"Gather around and listen to what I say!" I said rising my voice. Everyone

became silent. " Alright everyone, lift up your sleeves." They did it. I looked

around but saw none. Rayce came and stood beside me. "What are you

trying to do?" "Finding the descendant of Danus." Rayce chuckled. "Well, not

all of them are here." I frowned. " What do you mean?"

" Robin and Peri are not here." I raised my voice again. "Alright everyone.

You may leave the hall."

I ran towards the direction to Robin's room. It was locked.

( Robin )

I could feel Finn's body pressing against mine. "So traitor. How is your

wounds?" I snarled at him. "You hurt me!" Finn chuckled. "Yeah, is it nice?" I

screamed and began kicking. He growled and kicked me on the knee. I

gasped. "So, do you know about your identity? " Finn asked. "What about it?"

My hands turned cold when he looked at my arm.

" Your family has the blood of Danus the most powerful vampire king. Also

your late grandfather. Do you know why I want to hurt you?" I shook my head.

"You have inherited the power of Danus. But sadly you don't know how to

use it yet. When you've learnt how, its too late. Because you are

already...dead! Now I will drink your blood and take the powers from you!"

I screamed and begged him not to. But he just laughed and brought his fangs

closer to my neck.

I could feel his teeth pierce my flesh. Then I heard a growl behind me. Darren

punched Finn in the face. I screamed as they fell to the floor punching each

other. I could feel dizziness overtaking my mind. I fell to the floor with a thud.
