Naruto's POV

"Naruto make sure to come right back home after school Ok?" I slurped my ramen loudly pretending not to hear her. "Eh, sorry Ma. Ya see I cant. I promised Sakura-chan that well hang out with the new kid today." Kushina raised a brow and let out a sigh. "Well then Ok. But be back before dinner."

I rolled my eyes and got up to put my bowl away. "Yeah yeah I know Ma." Before I entered the kitchen she grabbed my ear. "And don't roll your eyes at me, got it. Next time, I'll poke your eyes out with your own chopsticks." She said while gritting her teeth. I laughed nervously. "Y-You got it, Ma-chan." She smiled pleasingly. "Great, now have a good day at school."

She gave me a quick peck in the cheek and turned back to the kitchen. I grabbed my bag and headed to pick Sakura up. I was a few minutes from her house when I got a text. It was Kiba.

Yooooo! Naruto, my man! Wassup?

Uh...Nothing much just driving to Sakura's place.

Cool! Well I just got invited to a party.

And I care why?

Well cuz I was wondering if you would come. Invite anyone ya want!

K. Well I'll invite Sakura then.

NO! NO! NO! NO! Anyone except her!

Why? What'd she do?

She broke my jaw last summer! I couldn't play fetch for a week

I chuckled at my phone when Sakura got in with a "guest". " Uhm. Sakura-chan. Who is that?" I asked pointing at a kid my age with jet black hair and a really creepy emotionless face. She just genuinely smiled and said, "He's Sasuke. A new friend of mine." I raised and eyebrow and pursed my lips. "Sup. I'm Sasuke." The black-haired kid said. I gave a small wave and a fake smile.

Whoever this kid was....I didn't like him one bit!

Sakura's POV

"Oi Billboard Brow!" I gritted my teeth. "I told you not to call me that Ino-pig!" She glared and me and I returned the gesture. "At it again you two?" We immediately backed up and stood still. "Hehe what are you talking about Kakashi-sensei?" We both said in unison. He sigh from under his mask. "Alright. See you in class then. Don't get in any trouble."

We both smiled and waved him Goodbye as he walked into class. Then both me and Ino tried getting in the door at the same time. "Move you whale full of blubber!" Ino made and 'O' shape with her mouth trying to make a comeback. I smirked.

CHA! GOT HER IN HER PLACE! HOW DO YOU LIKE THE TASTE OF YOUR OWN MEDICINE?!

>>Timeskip: After school<<

"Did you really have to bring Ino, Kiba?!" I shouted at him making him flinch. "S-Sorry Sakura!" I folded my arms against my chest. "Whatever. Save it for someone who cares." Naruto burst out laughing and slapped Kiba in the back. "SHOTS FIRED! WOULD YOU LIKE SOME COLD WATER TO THAT BUUUUURRRNNN!!??"

Kiba pouted and sunk in the seat. "Why do you have to be so mean?"

We finally got to the party and we all got out of the car and walked in. Sasuke followed behind us. "Woah! This place is huge. Thanks Kiba!" Kiba gave a small smile, still embarrassed from what happened in the car.

Flashing colorful light flowed from all the windows of the house. Music booming from the inside making you feel every beat the song made. Naruto looked around in awe like he never been to a party before. Ino pumped her fist in the air. "Yeah! I'm going to the pool!" I rolled my eyes and Kiba ran after her.

Sasuke took a seat in a couch. Ignoring the people dancing right in front of him. I took a seat next to him and gave him a closed-eyes smile. He gave me a smile back and Naruto soon found us and sat in between us. "Hey guys! Forgot about me, but no worries, I found you." I huffed. "I believe you've met Naruto, right Sasuke?" He nodded. "Sadly yes. How could I forget such an annoying voice."

I giggled and Naruto pouted. "Hey! I'm not annoying!" I huffed. "Pffff....Yeah right baka." He stuck out his bottom lip and folded his arms against his chest.

We sat there for a while until I noticed Sasuke staring at me. I pretended not to notice so I just looked straight ahead. What does this mean? Does he like me? Whaaat? No way? Wait....WAY!! He got the hots for me!! What should I do? Stare back?

Naruto soon noticed and broke my train of thought. "Hey um Sasuke was it? Yeah um let's take a walk." Naruto said grabbing his wrist and yanking him from his seat.

Wonder what that's about?...

Naruto's POV

I saw him! He was all over my girl. Well she's not my girl...YET!
I won't let him have her. Ah uh! No way! She's MIINE! \0w0/

"Hey can you let go?" I turned around and glared at him. "NO!" He raised a brow. "Dude what's your problem?" I let go of his wrist and pointed at him. "YOU! Your my problem! Hitting on my best friend! How dare you! Why don't you just go back from where you came from and leave us alone!"

"Uh, first of all, she approached me first. I wasn't looking at her at all. Are ya jealous?" I stomped my foot. "Of course not! She's j-just my friend. That's all." He smirked. "Well then I guess you wouldn't mind if I asked her out right?" My eyes widened and I quickly let my actions take me over. I opened the door and pushed him in the closet and locked him in there.

"Hey let me out!!" Sasuke said pounding on the door. "No way teme! I warned you!" I said pressing my back against the door.
