"This is the Daegu police department. Please pull over and surrender your weapons!"

The harsh wining alarm of the cop car speeding behind us was becoming increasingly louder, and the gas in Jin's old SUV would barely last us another few miles. Innocent bystanders spectated in awe as they watched the chase go by, some even stopping their cars just to get a glimpse of us. The truth was, I wasn't surprised. It's not everyday that you see a group of young adults with crazy hair colours and scars across their bodies go driving past in a neon green car with the police using megaphones to shout at them from behind.

The atmosphere in the car had transformed from proud and happy to anxious and unsure. Our usual police chases didn't normally last this long, and we had been driving for so long that we had reached a part of town that was no longer familiar. In the back seat, Jimin rolled down the window and pulled out his pistol, shooting two bullets into the cop car directly behind us. It spun out of control, slamming into a nearby lampost and tearing off the bonnet. The slower car behind then overtook, decreasing the distance between us.

"We're not gonna make it. We have to run." I tapped my foot nervously.

"But none of us really know this part of the city," Jungkook said in panic.

"But you're all fast runners."

"We don't really have to know where we are if we can outrun them," Taehyung agreed.

"What will you do, Sasha?"

"I can hide." I shrugged.

"I'll hide with you," Namjoon said firmly.

"No, you won't. You're too tall and not agile enough. You'll be a better runner."

"You'll be safe?" Hoseok raised an eyebrow.

"You just worry about yourselves. You may be running anywhere from a few minutes to a few days." I adjusted my gun hidden in my breast pocket, and felt around for my phone.

"Pull over as soon as possible, Jin."

He nodded, his brown eyes scanning the bustling city roads as we sped through. Then, he spotted a car park in the distance, and put his foot down on the pedal. As we neared it, I noticed that its iron doors were slowly sliding shut.

With a few seconds spare, he spun into the small gap, trapping the police cars outside. We all sighed in relief, as Jin parked up in a dark corner so we could get out.

"Good luck boys. I'll see you on the other side." I smirked.

"Stay safe." Jin said seriously.

"I'll be fine." I waved him off. "Text me when you've escaped. I guess I'll know that you're all dead if you don't reply."

"And how will you let us know if you're in trouble?"

"I won't." I shrugged. "Try not to get injured. Leaving a trail of blood is not the nicest thing for the neighbourhood to see." I grinned. "See you later." I waved quickly, making a run for the empty window at the bottom of the floor.

Anybody else might have said that I do things too quickly, that I get lost in the moment. But honestly, sometimes there just isn't enough time to wait around.
