Simon's POV
I'm on my way to the the hotel. For some reason Clary pops in my head .It's been five years since I saw Clary. And I miss her like crazy.No one knows were she's at. I hope she's safe. I was about to walk into the hotel but I see someone fighting another vampire.I can't tell who it is because the shadowhunter had their hoodie on. The shadowhunter ran and kicked him, sending him to fly 15 feet away. The shadowhunter ran towards up to him and lifted up his chin and stared into his eyes. He started screaming out in pain then instantly screaming stopped the shadowhunter let go of his chin, the vampire was just laying there selflessly. It was obvious the vampire was dead. I have a million thoughts running through my head right now. How on Earth did that shadowhunter kill him by just staring at him? Why did the shadowhunter kill him? The shadowhunter took out their hoodie. It was a girl. Her hair was red, some like Clary's but a little lighter. Then she looks up. I can't believe it's her. It's Clary. "Clary" I say shocked. Clary looks at me and then runs. I can't believe I just saw Clary and she was killing a vampire. I have to tell the Institute.
~At the Institute~
I bang on the door. Alec answers with a worried look. "What's going on?"Alec says. "Cla- Cla-" I say not believing what I just saw. "Clary! I saw Clary!" Alec and I rushed inside to Izzy and Jace and and Alec said "Simon saw Clary" Jace looked at me and said "What do you mean you saw Clary?" "I mean I saw Clary kill a vampire! She's different." I replied"Clary killed a vampire? How? Why?" Izzy said. "I don't know. But when I called her she looked at me then ran." I said remembering. Everone looked shocked that Clarys actually here and Clary would do that. "Why would Clary do that?" Alec said "Why does everyone keep asking me questions I don't know that answer to." I said frustrated. "We need to find Clary." Jace asked ignored what I said. "Jace is right. We need to find Clary." Alec said. Jace looked shocked that Alec said that.
