"MAAARRCCOOO!" I yelled " WHERE ARE YOU!!"
I looked everywhere! In the house, school and park he wasn't anywhere to be found. Did something happen to him?
Suddenly, a warm pair of arms embraced me from behind. I knew exactly who he was.
" Hi Star." he whispered. There was a trace of sadness in his voice. I turned around and hugged him, right now getting back at him didn't matter. Something must have happened. Probably something about Jackie.
" What happened" I said softly, I've never seen him like this, feeling so rejected.
" Jackie broke it off with me..." he trailed off. I knew it, ever since I came back she changed for the worse.
" Don't worry Marco, there are other girls out there for you!" I cheered
He suddenly looked happier.
"I just realized that I never really liked Jackie, I liked someone else all along." My eyes bugged out of their sockets. My mind was just spinning. I was like What the hell Marco! you have a crush on Jackie almost your whole life and now you realize you actually like someone else! Typical boy!
" Maybe I just never realized it because she was just too perfect as a friend that I never imagined her as something more.." Wait what. i was the only girl friend he had... Oh my gosh is Marco gay or something!
What came next just surprised the butterflies out of me.
