Chapter 19 - The date

Liam had never been in love , In true love , it has always been sex and lust , death and sins . But for this exact moment in time , there was an emotion that made him stupid and broken to the thought ... Well .. a secret thought . Liam kept locked in a box in the hidden dungeons of his heart this emotion that was well known by Liam but it was ironic that Liam had never had this feeling but was extremely well known to him like a song or a face . Liam wanted this feeling but it was too proud to be seen with it , and instead of being a victory ... It was a shame , and even the glimpse of this made him reach the darkest and most hellish place in his own mind because he knew that this only made things worse and would take his pride and honor, and metamorphous i to shame , dishonor and pardon .

But for this little period of time , he enjoyed it slightly

As his eyes trailed to Niall leaving the gilded elevator and walked to him , with a gorgeous braced smile and stylish blond hair , and Liam realized that this wasn't his prey .

The lion's den is nothing but palace and a castle to the lion , but truly it was anyplace that they called home . This was Liam's palace . Liam wanted him , Liam couldn't have him .

" are you ready ?" Liam had to shake his head as his wow died out to reality .

" uh.. ye - yeah " Liam stuttered in a mixture of excitement and love

Niall looked at the dull brown eyes who were not very impressive and were flat and very common , but to Niall they were very extraordinary and unique ... This is what love is , seeing the beauty in ugly things and believing in beauty .

Liam was fascinated with the frozen oceans Niall carried around in his eyes . Memorizing every little detail .

They could just stand there for hours without knowing it until Niall awkwardly decided to break the beauty of silence

" umm .. Should we go " Liam once again shook his head coming back to reality.

" oh yeah , come on let's go .." Liam stepped back and grabbed Niall hand , it was not soft nor perfect but it was sweet and calming .

They walked out of the lobby into the London streets .

It was not cold , it was not hot or warm , but it was ok . That was the only way to explain the weather... It was ok .

It was not raining like the other week , it was not sunny but it was not gloom , it was beautiful day if one did not like the rain , and it was also a gorgeous day if one did not like sun , it was not foggy nor overly sunny . It was ok .

They asked along for a few minute , holding hand like innocent teens , Liam happy , and Niall didn't mind , they looked at each other like there was nothing happening and the world was blank that's why it was such a subprime for both of them to find themselfs already in the restaurant

" uh I guess we are here ... I didn't know if you expected a 5 star restaurant but this is the best I got with my pay check "

" are you kidding , I love it " Niall showed a childish emotion Liam was not aware of . Niall was surprised to see Nando's as Liam open the door like a gentleman and escorted Niall in the casual restaurant that had a few people in it , a family of four and another couple in the back booth .

What they lacked in conversation on the way to the restaurant they made up between the meals , of course Liam didn't order anything unlike Niall who seemed to be starving in a vision of famine or extreme starvation . Niall knew very well that Liam did not eat but pushed the thoughts away to enjoy the dinner as it seems it was already night .

As they talked about everything , a subject came into place ..,

" were are you from Niall ? "

" I told you , mullinger . "

" no , I mean your past " Liam said as Niall eat in massive amounts .

" Thats a little bit hard to explain , well what you want to know especificly ?

" how did you know I'm a vampires ?" Liam said without waiting a second to realize the question and saying it a little quieter and leaning in so Niall could hear him better

" is this what this is all 'bout , me knowing your little secret ? " Niall got up leaving a little food down in the plate

" no , Niall ,please " trying to grab Niall's hand as he passed him to leaving but instead of grabbing it he missed . And Niall flew out of the door without even looking back .

It was night ...

And it was cold as Niall walked down the streets of London heading to his house . But since he is new to all of this ... Like any tourist he got lost . Walking down a dark ally thinking of Liam and maybe he was chasing him but then he remembered what he is ... A hungry creature who belongs in the dark ... But to contradict what he was saying Niall realized they he belonged in he dark too .

" hey kid ... " Niall turned around to put him the sight of two tall men , taller and bigger than him .

" hey you got some money on you , kid ? "

Niall was too scared to even answer at the men cornering him to the ally

" hey , I don't want trouble , I don't have any money , please leave me alone . "

The men who were physically huge compared to the little blond boy .

Before they could even struck Niall or nearly even touch him a voice mumbled but the blond could not understand it but he knew it was familiar .

And right in a flash a figure came and hugged one of the men and grabbed him by neck and flods of blood came spilling out of the man.

As the other man screamed and ran away from them leaving Niall standing there in amazement as the man dropped screaming

" are you ok ? " Liam asked reasoning himself to Niall , Niall saw Liam drenched in blood and it covered his mouth and he painted Niall to him in a hug without caring for the boy's answer or the fact that he could be covering Niall's shirt with the mans blood .

" come on , I'm taking you home " and with that Liam carried Niall home .
