Miss Popular, Chapter One.

*Emily's Point Of View*

It was a perfect cool morning. It's about 5;30 am. I walked into my bathroom looking at my reflection in the mirror. My long red hair is everywhere. Never can keep it tamed at night. i sighed as i turned on my straightener and ran my brush through my hair. I seperated my hair onto different sections. After i finished with my hair it was about 6:00 am. I started to work on my make up. I went with a natural look today. After i finished it up i brushed my hair again, and then brushed my teeth. I'm not one to eat breakfast. Atleast it's Friday, right? I went and got on my Schools uniform. I hated uniforms, but it was school rules. oh well.. I grabed all my books and stuck them into my bag and decended down the stairs. I saw Skip in the kitchen drinking coffee. Ew. Just the smell kills me.

"Goodmorning Em." Skip said while hugging me and kissing my forehead. I nodded and smiled. His smile turned into a frown. "Why wont you talk. Mum wouldn't like this.. she would want her beautiful daughter to smile, laugh and talk."

Great.. now he pulled the mum card. I hate when he does this. Seriously. I shook my head and held in the tears.

"look Em, i'm sorry for bringing mum up, but it's the truth little sis." he put his arm on my shoulder and i just shrugged him off and walked towards the door. Bye. i thought as i opened the door slamming it and walking to my car. My Mustang. A gift from my Dad and Skip, a brive for me to talk. I dont think i really will talk majorly again, but if i do. Good Job for me, and when i do, well shit, i don't think i would actually be talking, more like screaming, maybe. I drove past my favorite coffee shop. I kept driving until i saw the red school gates ahead. I pulled into the parking lot and pulled into my parking spot. I get so pissed if someone took my parking spot. I got my girls to handle the jerk offs who steal it. I turned my engine off and step out grabbing my bag. I locked my car and went to Olivia's car. Olivia Has long blonde hair, with purple dye tips. She's so beautiful. And i wish i could tell her, but i can't. It's not like i dont choose to talk, because i can, but if i do, everytime i try to say a word, a bad memory comes to mind. Sometimes i would talk to Luke, or Olivia, but not as often as i used to. I love them two. Olivia is more like a sister to me. We go out, hook up with guys sometimes, and just party. The main thing i love about her is that, she knows what i'm thinking even without me talking, and she understands me! And then there's Luke. He's well, he's Luke. Luke Brooks. Part of famous group called 'Janoskians' along with his two other brothers, my brother and their bestfriend James. I'm super close with Luke out of the Brooks brothers. Like, Beau and Jai are my bestfriends, but not like Luke's and i's relationship. Nobody knows this, but i like Luke, alot. Once i got Liv's car i was engulfed into a big bone crushing hug.

"My babe! you look even hotter in that uniform of yours." Olivia gushed. I blushed and started to laugh alittle.

"Ah, there's that lovely laugh everyone loves to hear" i heard from behind me. I turned around and smiled as i saw Luke standing right in front of me. I smiled as i ran up to him and jumped into his arms. I feel his arms wrapped around my lower back as i nuzzle my head in the crook of his neck, taking his scent in. Ah, i love it. We both pulled away and Olivia winked at us. She always tells me that one day, luke and i will be together, get married and stuff. I don't believe her. But she insists anyway. Anyway, i didn't realize that the bell had rung until i felt Luke pulling me along. I started to laugh alittle.

"You think alot Em." I just simply nodded at Lukes statement. He walked me to my locker. Everyone was around my locker like always. But this wasn't like normal. I started thinking something bad happened but once i reached it. I got asked a millon questions. The same one though.

"Em! Emily! Do you wanna go to Alex's party with me as a date." I stood in disgust. I think Luke so my facial expression because he shook his head.

"Sorry guys, i'm going with her." he smiled lightly. Ah, that smile is so perfect. I nodded in an agreement. Luke did mention Alex's party but he never actually asked if i wanted to go. Everyone cleared out. I nodded a thank you towards Luke. He smiled.

"Don't mention it Em. Oh speaking of that, would you be my lovely date this evening to it Miss Popular?" he laughed alittle at the nickname he just gave me. I smiled and nodded. His smile went wider. "Well come on Popular, lets get to class." i smiled and shut my locker walking to class with Luke, Meeting Jai and Olivia half way there. Did i mention Olivia is Jai's girlfriend? No i didn't. Well i just did. I laughed in my head at my stupidness and proceeded on with my day.

It was Lunch time and i took my usual seat next to James on my left and Luke on my right. I love then both dearly actually. They get so gitty gitty with each other, you would think they are gay for each other. It's insane how close they are. They are closer than me and Luke, and we are pretty close! Anyway, I listened in on everyones conversation, just sitting there. I grabbed out my phone and i saw that i had a text from Skip.

Hey Em, have a good day today! Luke had told me that you will be going to a party later! stay safe, me and dad are going to visit grandma for the night. Have fun and be safe! love you! xx

To Skipp;

ahh, tell granny i said hello and i miss her. and i will, promise. Bye Skippy. love you too. xx

i slide my phone back into my bag and off i was to my next class with Olivia.

The rest of the day went by faster than i expected. I went to Olivia's house to get ready for the party. I was so excited to be going with Luke. After Olivia made me get a shower, she started to do my hair, She curled it and i was on twitter. i was on my newsfeed and i saw what James had wrote.

I decided to stop tweeting them and to finish getting ready. After olivia finished my hair, and started straightening her hair. Her long blonde hair with the purple tips make her green eyes pop. I love her eyes. Unlike mine, i have a sky blue color. I love my eyes. Anyway, after both of our hairs were done, we both did each others make-up. I decided to wear White high waisted shorts and a neon pink over the shoulder shirt that shows my belly alittle. Olivia decided to go with Black high waisted shorts with a neon green over the shoulder short that showed off her stomach alittle. I guess we wanted to match alittle bit. I giggled at us, as we both decided on the same pair of sandles. Solid silver sandles. I looked at us and nodded.

"We look... hot." I nodded in agreement, grabbing my car keys and walking out. I slid into the drivers seat and started the car. I looked at Olivia and smirked.

"Here we come Alex's party. Let the guys try to steal my baby girl! Miss Popular." Olivia stuck her tounge out at me and giggled. I giggles along shaking my head and pulling out of my drive way.

Yeah, here comes Miss Popular i thought.
