Niall's Pov:
Louis and I are so close to catching this guy, Were so close but it still feels like we have further to go. Now more then ever I want to track this guy down, Zayn he's become more afraid then he'll admit and I hate it, I hate knowing he's scared and I can't do anything about it, The only thing I can do is guarantee his safety, But it's not enough, Zayn wants my safety guaranteed too, But I can't do that, I can't make him that promise when I don't know what's going to happen, This guy has proved how sneaky he can be, He's clever and he could have thousands of plans up his sleeves, Even when Louis and I find him we have to take him down and arrest him, From what Louis told me he knows how to defend himself, If what he did to Louis arm is anything to go by he can do alot of damage, Anything could happen to me and Louis, But all I know is no matter what happens I have to know that Zayn will be safe.
"We need to make sure security around Zayn is tighter then ever" Paul stated that morning over breakfast.
"The reality of the situation is nobody can protect Zayn as well as Louis and I can, It's not about the size of the bodyguard anymore" I said.
"This guys smart and he's got the fighting skills to back it up" Louis added.
"So what happens when we find out the identity of this guy?" Paul asked.
"Louis and I track him down and you keep Zayn as far away as possible" I stated, Paul nodded before standing up, He informed us he was going to sit in on Zayn's gym session before leaving the room.
"When will we hear from headquarters?" I asked.
"Anytime from now" Louis replied, I nodded my head.
"Louis whatever happens I want you to take care of Zayn" I stated.
"What?" Louis exclaimed.
"This guys not messing around, When the time comes if anything happens to me you have to promise me you'll take care of him" I replied.
"You think your going to die don't you?" Louis questioned.
"I don't know, I don't know what's going to happen but I have to be prepared, I could walk out of there alive, Or I could be shot down de-"
"No! Niall no! Just don't say that!" Louis exclaimed.
"We both know there's a chance! Louis just promise me if anything happens you'll protect Zayn, Promise me!" I stated, Louis sighed in defeat.
"Ok, I promise"
It feels like forever since Zayn and I have just spent time alone together, Just relaxing and not worrying about anything at all. We both decided to take that opportunity later that day, Neither of us knew how much longer we had together but neither of us wanted to say it.
"When this is over you and I should take a holiday together, We could head to Hawaii or the Bahamas, I've always wanted to go there" Zayn stated as he ran his fingers over my stomach, I sighed.
"Sounds perfect" I whispered.
"We can take walks on the beach, Go skinny dipping at night, Drink coconut juice, Maybe even try some surfing" Zayn stated.
"Hmm" I hummed in agreement.
"Ni, When all this is over what happens with us?" Zayn asked.
"What do you want to happen?" I questioned.
"For us to be together, For you to be safe always, I don't wanna be afraid of losing you all the time" Zayn opened up, I knew exactly what he meant, He wanted me to stop bodyguarding, I gently kissed his forehead.
"I'll always be with you, No matter what happens" I stated trying not to choke on my words.
"I love you" Zayn exclaimed as he looked up at me.
"I love you too" I whispered before gently kissing his lips, No matter what happens I know Zayn's going to be safe and that puts me at ease, Just then Louis came running into the room.
"We got him Niall!"
