So Merlin is staying with us anyways as we were getting to bed she was reading something and crying
"Hey what are you reading?"I ask her
"Just a project Mr.Matthews said the forgiveness project thing want me to read it?"she ask
"Sure"I said
"In school were learning about forgiveness I want to be able to speak to you and ask you why you left me cause I have a lot of angry feelings inside of me I don't want to be angry anymore people judge me cause you left me I know that cause I live in a place where people make stories about it and those spread like wildfire why did you leave me?am I not good enough? Make me understand why you left me. Your daughter Merlin"she reads and started to cry I just hug her
"I knew this project was a bad thing"I said
"why?"she ask
"Because I also said that to my dad"I said
"And how'd that go?"she ask
"Well Mr.Matthews said that wasn't it and that mine was to forgive myself first"I said
"Maybe I can relate to that"she said
"You will"I said then we went to bed
Next Day
So as I woke up it was a Saturday I decided to take Merlin to the park

As I woke up I see Maya
"Hey there"she said

"Do you wanna go to the park later?"she ask
"Sure"I said
"Okay then let's get started with our day"she said and I nod
Later that day
We're at the park
"So do you like Lucas?"I ask Maya
"Maybe"she said
"Really?"a voice said
"Luca what are you doing here?"Maya ask
"Well I was swinging by then I saw on guys do I decided to say hi"he said
"Well I'll leave you two alone"I said while getting up but Maya pulled me back
"No Merlin you have to stay here with me"she said
"Why?"I ask
"Because your like a little sister to me"she said
"You mean that?"I ask she nod
"Anyways Lucas I thought you were going to ask her?"I said
"What?"Maya ask
"Um that...that..will you be my girlfriend?"Lucas ask
"What?"Maya ask
"Just say yes"I said
"Why?"Maya ask
"You know you like him"I said she smiled
"Well?"Lucas ask
"What do you think?"Maya ask me
"I think he's great for you"I said
"Whatever the kid said"Maya said Lucas smiled
