I walked into the large building dressed for success. Today was my interview and my last resort to find a job. I had been looking for a job for months, it seemed impossible to find a good paying job for a college graduate.
"Good morning Ma'am can I help you." I told the women at the desk my name and that I was here for a job interview. She sat me in a small waiting room close to the meeting room. I sat nervously on a sofa tapping my feet. What if my curls don't look presentable. What if my dress is to short. Before I could think anymore my name was being called by a tall man in a black suit.
When I entered the room I took a seat at a chair across from the desk. "Welcome to junior Enterprises, you can come take a seat at the table I'm going to go get your file." I nodded and took a seat. He entered into the room and took a seat at the opposite end of the table. We discussed my qualifications and the position. "Well I would love to have you on our team and I believe you could really be a bonus to our staff." I smiled and he sent me to the secretary to work out a schedule and starting date.
I sighed a great sigh of relief as I got into my car. A weight was lifted off my shoulder because I knew I would be able to pay my bills on my own now. Before I took off I checked my phone. My friend Jenny had asked if I wanted to go out. I texted back a quick yes and took off to my apartment.
When I entered my apartment I fed my dog jack and started to get ready for my night out. I truly deserved a break from all of the stress this month. My parents had threatened to cut off my "allowance" as they like to call it. They just didn't realise how difficult it was for me to find a job. Ridding my mind of those thoughts I searched my closet for something to wear. I ended up picking a tight black sleeveless dress and my white converse with a red flannel around my waist.

We were meeting at a local club down the street. Once I arrived I met up with Jenny and her boyfriend Harry. He was a tall guy with long brown curls and pretty green eyes. Although I couldn't deny that he was hot he just wasn't my type. "So how did the interview go?" Jenny asked as she lightly swayed her hips against Harry as we waited for our drinks. "I got the job thank God!" She cheered and insisted we go on the dance floor after she chugged down her and Harry's drinks.
We danced around and I spotted a gorgeous man sitting by himself. "I'm going to go say hi to that guy over there." I whispered into her ear. I looked at him again and saw him with his hands over his ear and his head against the table he was sitting at. I tapped him lightly on his shoulder, I couldn't believe how much courage I had mustered to come up and talk to him. He looked up at me with panicked eyes and light tears on his flushed cheeks. "Please get me out of here." He stated with a raspy voice.
