We Go Missing

Chapter Two

Sam put me down from his arms and I smiled. Suddenly the lights turned on. "Whoa" I said. "How'd that happen" he said. Sam put his hand on the door nob to open the door. The door wouldn't open. "What's happening?" I said scared. "I don't know" he said worried. We both started pushing on the door and banging and kicking it. Suddenly we heard the bell ring. We started hearing people's shuffling feet on the other side of the door. "Hey!!! Help us!!" We started shouting. Suddenly the shuffling feet were gone and there was no sound of anyone in the hallway. "What are we gonna do" I asked. He didn't answer. We sat down in the floor against the wall. I out my head on his shoulder and he laid his head on top of my head. "We wait" he said. "That's what we are gonna do." Hours passed by and my stomach felt empty. If I had known this was gonna happen I would've eaten something this morning. Suddenly...
