Respiratory System: Amin's Point of View....
"Hey, Amin I was wondering if you could help me unserdtand the respiratory system and asthma, better since you have it." Izzy asks me during free time in learning wave.
"Ok! First things first, the nose collects air from nature and moistens, heats air before entering the trachea." I say while taking a hit from my inhaler.
"Alright! What's the trachea?" she ask while taking out her notepad, and writing what I say down.
"It's the windpipe, which moves air from nose to lungs." I says
"Then what's asthma?" She says while looking up at me.
"Asthma is when airways swell, narrow, and inflame, which makes it difficult to breathe." I say, while pointing it out on a diagram the doctors show me.
"So, the lungs are the main organ, in which gases are exchange between blood, and air and the alveoli are where the exchange takes place." She says
"Correct! Don't forget bronchi are tubes that move air from trachea to the lungs." I tell her while packing up my books getting ready to leave.
"Ok! Than the diaphragm is the muscle that aids the breathing process." She says while standing up also.
"Yep! We learned that in Chorus. Alright well I'll see you later." i say while walking out the door, to my last class.
