Tim Drake is the third Robin. He currently uses the superhero identity of Red Robin
Tim Drake was a toddler when his parents went to the circus. Tim's mom thought that the circus might frighten Tim, so they asked to take a picture with the Graysons (the people starring the act) to ease Tim's mom. This is where Tim met Dick Grayson (the first Robin). Afterwards Tim and his family witnessed the murder of Dick's parents (John and Mary Grayson). As Tim's parents rushed out of the circus tent, Tim saw Batman consoling Dick about his death.
A few years later, Tim saw footage of Batman and Robin fighting the Penguin. Robin did some flips that Tim believed only a Grayson could do. After he learned that Dick was the ward of Bruce Wayne, he concluded that Dick was Robin, and Bruce Wayne was Batman. Tim followed their adventures of Batman and Robin after that. He watched as Dick became Nightwing and Jason Todd becoming Robin. After Jason Todd died, Batman's behavior changed. Tim decided that Batman needed a robin to keep his sanity.
A while later, Dick goes to help Batman. But they get captured by Two-Face. Tim put on the costume of Robin (he was 13! 13 YEARS OLD!) and with Alfred's help, he was able to rescue them.
