"so what's your favourite band?" sam asks michael.

"uh im gonna have to say greenday or nirvana." michael says smiling at sam.

"oh my! sameeeee," sam says giggling.

"shit, i gotta go, my sister needs me, boy trouble." sam says sprinting up and hugging michael quickly then running out of calum's house.

"k... bye sammy," michael says frowning.

"mikey... someone's here for you!" joy calls.

"oh ok, coming!" michael says running downstairs.

he smile goes away as he sees who here.

luke. fucking. hemmings.

"l-luke?"  michael stutters out.

"yes it's me." luke says smiling .

"w-what are you doing here?" michael asks. why can't I stop stuttering?! he asks himself.

"michael we need to talk.."

"oh ok, thanks for answering my question." he says sarcastically.

"michael go gather your stuff," joy says nicely.

he runs upstairs and gets all his stuff in his bag and walks downstairs.

luke and joy were talking.

"he cries himself to sleep," joy whispers. "you can tell his misses you."

michael furrows his eyebrows.

"i sure missed him." luke says.

joy hums nodding in response.

he then steps downstairs.

"oh hi mikey, ready to go?" luke asks.

"uh sure?" michael says.

michael was confused as fuck. "where's calum?"

"out with some uh friends." joy says her eyes twitching a little.

michael could tell she was lying but shrugs it off.

michael gets on his shoes and luke takes his hand.

"bye joy." michael says quickly hugging her.

"thanks for letting me stay." he whispers then letting go and going back to luke.

they get inside luke's car.

"what the fuck is going on?" michael asks.

"i'll tell you, but not right now. when we get home." luke says buckling himself, so does michael.

michael turns on the radio, me myself & i by g-eazy goes on.

"oh god I love this song," michael mumbles turning it up and whispering the lyrics.

"it's just me myself and i solo ride until I die!" michael singing giggling.

a couple of songs later they get to the house.

they walk out and michael feels like they haven't been home for ages.
