Izzy's Point Of View.
I woke up due to a baby crying, I looked around the room
and saw John wasn't there and his mom was asleep. I
walked over to the incubator and picked up the baby. I
held her close to me and rocked her, She stopped crying.
Her eyes started to droop and then the both fell. I kissed
her head putting her back in the incubator. I walked out of
the hospital room and searched for John. I saw he was at
the cafeteria with some girl. She had blonde hair and
seemed to be around my height. They were sitting at a
table laughing and drinking their drinks. I felt my heart fall
to the floor. I decided to walk over, As soon as I came out
from the corner John called my name "Izz over here!" He motioned me to come over, I rubbed the back of my neck making
my way over to the table. The girl turned around, She had blue eyes and freckles. She was perfect and I was jealous as hell.
I took a seat next to John. Izzy this is Megan ,Megan this is izzy." She smiled at me, I fake smiled back. John and megan went back to laughing, I got up and walked away to the vending machine and got a hot dog and walked bk to the room.
I was about to finish my hot dog when john walked in all blushy, i swallowed my last bit and ignored him.
"Megan is a nice girl".I knodded slowly then, the baby started crying and John went over and picked her up.
He rocked her but she kept crying,. I got up and took the baby from him and rocked her and she
calmed down. I smiled placing her back in the incubator. "Thanks" He rubbed the back of his neck.
So when did u meet Megan ?" I ask looking up at him. "We've been friends for about a year, I saw her here tonight.
She found out her mom has cancer." I slowly nod, "That's so sad." I choke out. "Yeah." He took a hold of my hand but I pulled back. "What's up?"
I shook my head sitting back down in the hospital chair. I looked out the window, It was 2 am. The city looked so beautiful with
all the lights. I'd finally be able to leave the hospital tomorrow cause his mom get's out. "Izzy?" Max waved his hand in front of my face.
"Oh sorry." I looked down. "What's wrong with you? Ever since you saw meg you've been acting weird
." Meg? really.
He already has a stupid nickname for her. Okay, I guess you can say I'm Kinda jealous. "It's nothing, I'm just tired." I got up
and walked over to the empty hospital bed. I laid down and fell asleep leaving John mouth full of words he wanted to say.
