I had jumped into the dark depths of the water to retrieve You who had fallen and started to sink. It was hard to find you but adventually I had managed to locate you, your arm outstretched hoping to reach the last of the sun rays. Eyes closed and the last of your breath leaving your lips. As a last resort I grabbed onto your arm and yanked you close to me and pressed my mouth to yours to hopefully give you enought oxygen to reach the surface. As I swam up with you cuffed in my left arm as my legs and right arm moved us together. As we broke out of the water I inhaled oxygen but I grew scared as I saw you didnt. I quickly brought you to the shore and laid you on your back. "No... NO! Please... I need you! You can't die on me like this!" I was panicking but then I remembered there was one last thing I could do in attempt to save you. I intwined my fingers together and placed my hands on your chest and would push down three times before moving to your lips and trying to place oxygen into you before going back to your chest. I repeated this time over time till I heard you cough and I started to see the water trickle out of your mouth. "Thank god.. I wouldn't know what I would of done without you..." I couldn't help but let the warm tears stream down my face, but I still held a smile on my face. Because I knew you where alive, and most of all, I had just saved you.
