Where do I begin?

- Chapter 6 -

Breanna P.O.V

Its been a hours waiting for the nurse to give us an update how she's going. Every now and then I go up to door to see if anyone is coming back I get disappointed every time.  The clock keeps ticking. Finally the nurse is here.

"Can everyone just wait outside for me please so I do to a check up." As the nurse was saying that she looked really worried. Not even a second after the nurse being in the room, she calls for more assistance. What's going on?  Why aren't they saying anything? I can feel the tears forming I to hold it in. It's impossible. I cant be her anymore. Running out of the hospital crying even more, I here my name be called several times but I avoid it. Leaning against the wall slowly sliding down to the floor. Knees near my chest. I can't lose her she's my sister the only sister I will ever have. Cry even more.

Ethan P.O.V

I don't exactly know Elizabeth but it really hurts knowing something bad is happening to her :(. Seeing Breanna run out of the hospital crying really show how much Elizabeth means to her, I never knew they were this close. I went outside to try and find Breanna but no luck but as I was about to give up and go back to see Elizabeth I hear someone crying in this dark path way. It broke my heart to see her like this.

"She is strong. She will come around."

"We don't know that something has happened and no one will tell us. I can't lose her Ethan she is my sister and the only sister I want in my life. If she goes I go we made a deal if one of us dies then the other one dies to. Yes I know it sounds pathetic but we never thought something would happen like this. I'm scared. I'm terrified."

"It doesn't sound pathetic at all Breanna. You have to stay strong. We are all scared even Chris and Jakob and they've only known Elizabeth for a week. Lets head back inside and see what going on."

"Okay. Thank you for everything Ethan." I clear my tears away. As we headed back inside I try a prepare myself for the worst as I know something bad has happened. As we arrive at Elizabeth's room she wasn't there. Her mum was crying and surprisingly so was Jakob and Chris.

"where is she? What's happened?
