Untitled Part 11

Niko sat straight up in Ray's bed, wondering how she had gotten here.

"It was real." she whispered to herself. Niko got up and filled a bowl with cold water. She took a few deep breaths before plunging her entire head into it.

"Holy crap!" Leo saw her and pulled her out, thinking she was trying to drown herself.

"What the hell?" she said, getting angry.

"You weren't trying to commit suicide?" he asked.

"Hell no. I'm not that psycho." she scowled before realizing it was him. Her eyes watered and she ran up the stairs as fast as she could into Ray's bathroom.

"Niko," was the only word he had said before she had run up and away. Niko had turned on freezing water before placing herself as the cold water rained down on her and her clothes. Her head was held low in shame.

"Niko! Open the damn door!" Ray slammed his fist against it.

"Make me!" she shouted. Niko took the stool and wedged it against the door.

"NiNi, are you okay?" Matt put on his best Tyler voice.

"Matt you assface! I know that's you! Just leave me alone." her lasts words trailed off into a whisper. The mumbling from outside the hall had eventually died down within the next hour. Niko sighed and then removed the stool. She was unaware of the silent pick-locking Leo was doing. Ray had taken Matt and the twins out for some lunch.

Niko's blood curdling scream left Leo's ears ringing when he had managed to get the door open. She tried to run past him but he caught her by the collar with the flick of his wrist. She struggled against his grip. Niko sighed and wiggled out of her shirt by slipping to her knees and she was up again, fleeing from Leo.

"Niko." he lunged for her. The force of his weight made her fall. He adjusted himself on her and glared down at her.

"Tell me everything and I'll move. If you refuse, I'll have no choice but to make you talk." he said.

"No. I don't wanna talk about it." she kept her tear stained eyes averted from his frowning eyes.

"I'll count to three." there was rising agitation in his voice.

"So?" her reply came simply.

"One," he waited a moment. When he saw no compliance in her actions he lowered his head and glided his tongue up her neck.

"N-no." she hesitated.

"Two," he licked at her neck more.

"Thr-"

"I'll talk! No more! Please!" she interrupted. Leo stayed on her until she had spoken of every single detail she remembered. It was as Niko sobbing into Leo's chest did Ray come home. Matt took the twins back out and Ray took Leo into a different room. Ray listened and consoled Niko. Leo went outside to find out more information.

"FABIO YOU NO GOOD BLAZER!!! GET YOUR UGLY ASS OUT HERE!!" Leo yelled into his territory.

"You called?" Leo greeted him with a hard kick to the stomach.

"WHY THE HELL DID YOU LET KG RAPE MY SISTER?!!" he kept Fabio's collar tightly wrenched around his fist. Leo fell to the cement with a thud.

"Hunter, where is KG?" Fabio's anger had risen after having first heard about what had happened.

"You aren't getting away that easy!" Leo tackled Fabio and the two men were rolling around trying to gain advantage of the other. Two more Blazers came out and pulled Leo off their leader. One each held am arm behind Leo's side as Jay repeatedly punched at his stomach. He was let loose and fell once again trying to regain his balance.

"Ray. Where's Leo?" Matt asked, looking around. Niko stiffened.

"I know where he's at. I'm going. Alone." she said before getting up. She placed her switchblade into her pocket, drew her hood up over her head and slipped easily through the allies in search of him.

"Dex? You here?" she called out.

"Sh! There's a voice." Jay had stopped the others from talking.

"Dex? Where are you?" her voice called out again, ringing in an echo throughout the alley. Jay smiled with sick intentions before leaving the small group to seek her out.

"No. Don't touch her." Leo's voice took on a pleading tone.

"Jay. Stop." Fabio ordered. He knelt beside Leo.

"I had no idea that KG raped her. I'm truly sorry about that and I promise you fully if I ever see him, he will regret it. Now get up and go home." Fabio helped him up as the stunned people watched.

"Thanks man. I really appreciate this." Leo shook his hand and ran off.

"What the hell? You had the chance to strike down Dex and become the leader of his gang, but you just fucking let him leave? If you don't do something to prove yourself worthy as our leader, we're gonna kick your ass and then kick you out." one said.

"Chase, shut the hell up." Fabio glared him down.

"Dex?" Niko looked around a corner to see him jogging towards her.

"Behind you!" he shouted the moment he saw the figure looming over her. His arm wound tightly around her neck.

"Hello again," Niko's eyes widened in pure fear at the sound of his voice. She gasped for breath when he tightened his arm.

"Can't... breathe," she choked out.

"Drop the phone and kick it towards me." KG demanded.

"Okay. Just let her go." Leo kicked it to him.

"Kent Gracie, this is the police." the same officer from the station pulled up.

"L-Leo. H-help me." she struggled to breathe.

"Let the woman go and put your hands behind your head." he ordered. KG whirled around, jerking her body painfully.

"Fine." he threw her to the floor and pulled a gun.

"Here's a parting gift!" he shot Niko's leg three times, leaving under the knee useless.

"You are under arrest for rape and assault." KG was cuffed as he listened to his rights.

"Joey..." Niko whimpered his name as she was transported to the emergency room.

"Is she gonna be okay?" a worried voice asked.

"The bullets went in too deep for us to save the lower leg. It's going to have to be amputated." a lady said.

"Niko I am so sorry this happened. I didn't know. I'm so sorry." the apology was repeated inside her head over and over again. She wondered how things would play out knowing she lost a leg, she has one week of school left, Ray's birthday and then leaving. She gave up and let the darkness overtake her.
