Chapter 5 First Day [Part 2]

[Aphmau's P.O.V]

I put my IPad in my bag and am organizing my locker when I feel a gentle tap on my left shoulder. I turn around to find a cat girl with pink hair and black cat ears and a black tail. I think they called them Meif'was if I'm not mistaken...

[Kawaii~Chan's P.O.V]

There's a pretty new girl at Kawaii~Chan's school. She has dark black hair, brown eyes, and skin that reminds Kawaii~Chan's of caramel candies!!
"Hello new girl! Kawaii~Chan has never seen you before! Are you new here??"
She nods and replies.
"Yeah, my names aphmau nice to meet you Kawaii~Chan!"
She reaches out her hand and I give it a good, solid shake.
"Umm do you know where the math room would be? I'm kinda lost..."
She says sheepishly.
"Kawaii~Chan knows exactly where it is! Do you want Kawaii~Chan to show you?"
She nods and shuts her locker.

[Aphmau's P.O.V]

She tells me a little bit of the school background. Apparently it has normal classes, like math and science. But it also has special classes for people with Magicks.
And on the way there she says after 3rd period is lunch, and she would love for me to join her.
"Hm, of course I'll join you."
"YAY! Kawaii~Chan us so happy!! Kawaii~Chan and Aphamau~Senpai will become bestest friends!!"
She squeezes me really tight then skips off to her own class. I walk in and see Zane, and Dante. I sit in between the two of them. Dante immediately starts talking to me.
"How are you today Aphmau!?"
"Very well, thank you Dante! And you?"
"Good, thanks.."
"Again sorry about what happend, I hope I didn't ruin your shirt."
I say nervously.
"Nah it was okay."
"Phew. Thank goodness,"
The teacher hits his desk with a ruler to get our attention. Everyone jerks Back then immediately sits forward, I have a feeling he's a very strict teacher. Everyone doesn't seem to like him very much... Is he really that bad? Will he like me? Will all the teachers be like him?! That last question worries me a little bit. After what seems like 30 years we finally get our homework assignment. The bell rings and we have 5 minutes to get to the next class. I look at my schedule it says Language Arts. I wander until I find the room. I'm in that class with Laurence.

[Laurence's P.O.V]

I see aphmau walk in and I lean forward and wave her over. She comes and sits. She sets down her tablet and turns to me.
"Hi!"
I smile at her.
"Hey! You seem very positive today!!"
She nods and replies.
"Language arts, is one of my favorite subjects! I love making up stories and things!!"
She jumps with excitement and has an amazing cheery smile. Seeing her happy makes her even more beautiful!! The teacher rings a bell. Everyone hurrys to their desks and pulls out notebooks. I pull my notebook out from under my tablet.
"Go to page 12..."

[Aphmau's P.O.V]

We end up reading a bit and learning a bit more of correct punctuation. After a couple of minutes she asks us to either do 1 out of 3 things for homework.
1) write a 3 page essay about how we plan on spending Easter
2) write mini child's book on Easter
3) go to the school website and make a slide (including words) about why Easter is important to us!!

I of course pick number 2!! Books are fun to write!! Laurence leans over and asks about which one he should do.
"Hm, I'd suggest the slide. It wouldn't be very hard, and it'd be fun!!"
He thinks for a moment then smiles.
"Thanks I think I will!!"
The bell rings and we head out of class, I look at my schedule science and then it's lunch. I grab my stuff from my locker and head to class.

[Popular Girl's P.O.V]

"Michi thinks the new girl is trouble, right Sasha?!"
Michi one of the popular girls says A-Matter-Of-Factly, she turns to Sasha, I white haired girl with purple eyes.
"Agreed I smell it in the air"
She looks back at Michi a purple haired Meif'wa with evil yellow eyes.
"Let's go back and tell Amethyst!!"
She replies in her squeaky voice. Sasha nods and they head quickly back to the popular group.
