Kakashi never really went to sleep. He knew the exact moment that Sam came back. He had his eyes cracked partially so he could see her but she wouldn't know that he was awake. She watched as she looked around the room and watched as she walked over to Robbie and kisses her head. He allowed himself to smile because it was hidden by the mask. He saw hat she had a small panic attack when she saw the picture. She calmed down after a few seconds and sat down in that small gap that was in between me and Robbie. She turned her body and threw her legs over robbies legs then laid her head down in his lap. She moved her hair out of the way and he couldn't help but run her fingers through her hair. He saw her smile through her mask as she started to fall asleep.

Kakashis pov

I kept running my fingers through her hair as she slept. Her hair was soft. Sam relaxed in her sleep as I ran my fingers through her hair. I sat there for a few hours just running my fingers through her hair as I watched one by one everyone wakes up. First was zabuza then haku. Next was sasuke then sakura then Robbie. Naruto then woke up. Sam surprisingly was still not awake. We all looked Syu her before looking at each other.
"who wants to wake her?" Kakashi asked and everyone shook there head.
"i'll do it." Robbie said before shaking Sam. I half expected Sam to punch her but instead she stretched and yawned. She sat pu and scratched her arm.
"hey Robbie what's up." She said and I chuckled.
"now that everyone is up its time to train!" I told the kids with a closed eye smile. My students groaned and I stood up stretching. They stood up and walked outside. Sam lead Robbie put and I lead them to a clearing where we'll train. I noticed that zabuza and haku followed wanting to watch.
"where gonna learn about chakra control." I told them before explaining the whole process and having sakura explain what chakra is to naruto.
I was going to give a demonstration until Sam and zabuza stepped up. They both attacked me at the same time and I jumped up and stuck to the bottom of a branch. They ran up the trees and we fought for a few minutes. It was all against all. No teams and no partners. My students watched for a few minutes before we jumped down and bowed.
"and that's how you do it." I said and three three kunais to them. One each.
"get started." I said and they grabbed the kunais and Ran to the closest tree.
I looked at Sam. "you obviously have a hold of this." I said and she nodded.
"i think I do...so what do I do." She asked and I thought for a minute.
"you can come with me...were gonna watch the bridge as the bridge builder...well builds." I said and she nodded. We started walking towards the bridge where tazuna already was. We waited around and watched as he built. Sam decided she didn't want to be bored and started building. She walked over where five guys were struggling to pick up a beam. She looked at a beam that was off to the side and picked it up before setting it on her shoulder. They guys gawked at her. Sam was smaller than them but definitely stronger.
" WHERE DO YOU WANT IT?!" She asked and tazuna dropped his clipboard.
"u-uh...put it at the end of the bridge....." He mumbled and Sam nodded before walking towards the end of the bridge. She kept going back and forth doing the work for nearly ten men. Everyone stopped to watch her. I could see from my spot under the shade that she was covered with sweat. She stopped and took off her over shirt and was wearing a tank top before starting to work again. Tazuna walked up to me.
"we're ahead of schedule because of her." He said. "she's done as much work as it would have taken my men two days." He finished and I nodded.
"she is a good worker. Doesn't really like to be bored all that often. So she does jobs to occupy herself." I told him watching Sam. By the end of the day it was time to go home.
"SAM! Come on!" I called and she dropped the beam she was carrying and grabbed her short before walking over. I started walking and she and tazuna followed me. It only took a few minutes to get back considering it wasn't to far away. We walked inside and dinner was already on the table. My three students sat around eat as me and sam and tazuna sat down. Naruto looked up at us before looking back down before looking back up again and at Sam.
"hey Sam what happened to your hands...and your shoulder?" He asked and my head snapped over. Her hands were covered with burns and her shoulder had a very large and very nasty burn to.
" those beams get to over 100 degrees In the sun that's why my men wears jackets and gloves. I should have given you some." Tazuna said scratching the back of his head.
I stood up and walked over to Sam. "we need to get those treated." I told her pulling out some balm and started rubbing it on the burn marks. I pulled out bandages and wrapped up her shoulder and hands. I sat back down.
"thanks." I heard her say and I nodded.
"eat up guys then bed. Tomorrow we train again." I told them. Plus I wanted them to hurry so I could eat. They are quickly and left for bed after I told them to. Naruto seemed eager to sleep. Once they left and everyone went to bed it was just me and Sam left.
"you worked hard today." I told her pulling down my mask and eating.
"thank you. I got bored " she said playing with her food before sliding it over to me.
"not hungry?" I asked and she
Shook her head.
"not hungry." she confirmed and suddenly the window broke and something green flew onto the table.
Zabuza climbed in threw the window.
"i found her around the house. Can I kill her?" He asked and I looked at the green blob.
"ace?!"
