The Troublemaker

Introduction

Eren Jaeger, you are expelled from this school!

The words echoed shamefully in his head as he looked out the passenger window. His mom driving through the rain as they made their way to their new house.

You will no longer be allowed to enroll into this school again, or to be seen anywhere on the school grounds.

Eren's POV:

I sighed looking out of the window with a frown. I had known they had been cutting me all the breaks since my mother died, but I went too far. I wasn't trying to do what I did and I'm lucky I didn't go to juvi for it. If only I could back in time...I would've never spoken to Connie Springer EVER. We WERE friends, and got into trouble together often, but it was fun and innocent. Except for our final offense. What we had done this time was worse than anything we'd ever done. Even more so because we had hurt Armin in the process...I'd never forgive Connie or myself, but Armin was so damn forgiving. All the time.

Connie Springer, you are expelled from this school!

The words echoed through said boys head as he sunk into his back seat shamefully. His mother driving through the rain as they made way to their new home. It wasn't far from where they had already lived, but it was closer to his new school that he may soon be attending. But, until then, he had to have a tutor until things were definite.

You will no longer be allowed to enroll into this school again, or to be seen anywhere on the school grounds!

Connie's POV:

I let out a heavy sigh slamming my head into the backseat. Never had I done anything so friggin' careless! Not only did I destroy a library during the process, but a handful of my best friendships too. And poor Armin...

I sunk lower into my seat with a frown.

He'd literally be scarred forever because of me. And then Eren was pissed off at me even more because of it. We were just playing, as always, and knew we'd eventually we'd get into trouble, but not THIS much trouble. Everything was a disaster...Eren made it clear he'd have nothing else to do with me anymore, I'd probably never see Sasha again and I couldn't tell if Armin was just scared or what when he said he forgave us. All I remember is seeing the damage we'd done.

Both POV:

Armin's probably still lying in the hospital...

Flashback – No POV:

Eren sat in the cold room next to the blonde's bed. Armin had just finished getting his bandages changed, and now lie back against his pillow, bed propped up.

"I-it doesn't hurt so much...R-really." The blonde said rubbing the bandages wrapped around his arms and abdomen.

"I saw how much pain you were in earlier, you were crying. Don't lie to me." Eren said seriously staring at the boy's bandages.

"But it doesn't. She put this new medicine on it. It doesn't help so much with healing, but does good with the pain." Armin said giving Eren a small smile...Then he suddenly frowned. "E-Eren?"

The brunette had started to sob with his face in his hands.

"I'm so sorry Armin...I never meant for this to happen! I swear, I didn't know you were in there, I'm so sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry..." Eren continued to apologize crying into his hands.

"E-Eren it's fine. I'm not mad, I forgive you." The blonde said starting to feel tears form in his own eyes.

"No! You could've died!" The brunette yelled just as they heard the door close.

They both looked over to see Connie who gave a hard swallow when he was locked in there gaze.

"I-I...I thought I'd come see how you were doing." He said creeping over to Armin's bed.

"Hey Connie." Armin still gave him a warm smile. "I'm doing better, th-"

"Get the hell out..." Eren growled glaring at him.

"I-"

"Eren, calm down he came to see me it's fine-"

"It is ANYTHING but fine! I'll admit I took part, but you almost died MAINLY because of him!" Eren got up pointing over to Connie.

"Eren! I'm not mad at either of you would you just calm down!" Armin yelled over him.

"Yeah sure, just as soon as that bastard leaves!"

"Eren!"

"E-Eren I didn't mean for it to happen, you're just as guilty as I am!"

Eren snapped. "How the hell could you say that!? You brought the shit to school! GET OUT I HATE YOU!"

Eren then stormed over to the smaller male shoving him out towards the door.

"No! I came to apologize and you're gonna listen!"

"I don't want to listen!"

And with that Eren punched him, knocking him back and out of the room. Connie hit the floor and looked up at Eren bewildered. That was the last thing he expected.

"Look what we did to him...Because of you. As frail as he already is!"

"I can see that, I know what we did! Will you at least give me the chance to apologize to him!"

"No! You're the last person he needs to see!" Eren said and turned around going back into the room. "You're not even friends with him like I am..."

Connie had never felt so hurt and angry in his entire life. Armin was just as much of his friend as he was, and he thought Eren was being a selfish jerk. He didn't know what he was doing, but he ran over grabbing Eren by his jacket and snatched him out of the room with a growl.

Eren, out of rage, turned around and hit him again, knocking him back onto the floor. He then got on top of him and continued to hit him.

"Oh my gods, someone get those two!" One of the nurses yelled, but by the time someone got there, Connie flipped them over putting him on top.

They were yelling and cursing at each other, rolling all around the floor. They took turns with who ended up hitting who. Eren was already pissed about his mom's death and the stress in his life, and now Connie was just angry from the mistake he made and letting Eren hit him.

Then Eren got Connie pinned back down again and had his hands around his throat...

"EREN! What are you doing!?" His father ran over, picking him up off the boy, luckily he let him go by the time he'd gotten there.

Connie sat up with a cough as he held his throat. A nurse quickly ran over to inspect him, another going over to Eren and his farther.

Flashback Over:

That day, was the last the two of them had seen of each other. Connie had tried texting him a couple of times, attempting to apologize. But since Eren hadn't responded, he figured his friend—Eren, didn't want to talk to him...Neither of the boys were hype on 'making new friends'...But what they had done, they had dubbed unforgiveable.

Sorry this was so short, just an Intro...Reason it took so long to put up is because I wanted to make it longer, but this is how I wanted the ending of the first chapter to be. Sorry I'm such a drama queen!
