Wyatt Blue Grassi

Chapter 9

Wyatt ran to his dad's room then jumped on his bed and patted Avi's cheek with his paw. Avi stirred a bit but still hasn't awake yet. Wyatt moved his paw to his nose and patted it multiple times while mewling loudly.

"Ngghaa..Wyatt.." He groaned. He opened one eyes slowly then sighed. "What do you want?" He mumbled groggily. Wyatt jumped on him again and ran out from his room. Avi just rolled his eyes tiredly then went back to sleep.

Wyatt already grabbed the leash and ran back to Avi's room. He jumped on Avi again, this time on his face. Avi sat up quickly, sending Wyatt flying on the foot of the bed. He glared at Wyatt while rubbing his eye.

"What the heck, Wyatt?" He grumbled. He stood up and went to the bathroom to get ready for his day.
Wyatt went downstairs and jumped on the drawer, where Avi put it. He grabbed it with his mouth and ran back to his room. He jumped on the bed, where Avi's pants were, and shoved it in his pocket. He was satisfied by his plan because he'll surely knew this was going to work.

Avi came out of the bathroom while drying his hair with his towel. "You're lucky I love you.." He chuckled, talking about Wyatt. But his smile was removed when he remembered his memory with Mitch with those words.

Flashback

"Avi!" Mitch squealed as he tried to pry Avi's hands off his side. "Stop! I hate it!" He giggled loudly that his voice echoed through their apartment. 

"Say you love me first!" Avi laughed as he continued to tickle his sides hardly. 

"Avi! Stop!" He cackled and accidentally hit Avi's cheek since his eyes were prickled with tears. 

"Ah! Shit!" Avi stopped tickling him and held his cheek gently for it was stinging.

"Avi, fuck! I'm sorry!" Mitch flipped around so he was facing him. He held his injured cheek carefully and examined it. 

 "Damn.. You hit hard." Avi chuckled lightly. "I know you hit me accidentally but," he looked at Mitch lovingly, "you're lucky I love you." Before pulling him for a sweet kiss, to which he kissed back.

Flashback Over

He shook his head to refrain himself to cry after his flashback with him. "It's time to move on from him..." He muttered while he put on his pants. He didn't felt it in his pocket. 

Wyatt was sitting on his bed, watching him. After he was done, Wyatt grabbed the leash and walked to him. Avi grabbed the leash and hooked it to Wyatt's collar. "Behave while we're out, okay?" He bent down to pet Wyatt then stood back up. "C'mon, Wy Wy." He smiled at him before opening the front door.

Avi walked through the entrance of the park and finds a vacant bench. Wyatt, on the hand, tries to look for Mitch while walking with Avi. Avi finally found a vacant bench and sat on it. He picked Wyatt up to unhook the leash from his collar so he could play around the park. (Don't worry, the park is safe for animals :D)

Wyatt quickly wandered off to find Mitch without getting distracted by anything that catches his eyes around the park. He found Mitch sitting on a bench with Scott and Alex by his side. Wyatt ran quickly and jumped on his lap. Mitch squealed and jumped when he felt something on his lap. He looked down and gasped loudly.

"Wyatt! Oh my God, I missed you!" He grabbed him and hugged him tightly on his chest then kissed his head. He pulled him back and put him on his lap. Wyatt tugged the hem of Mitch's shirt with teeth, gently not to rip the cloth. "You want me to follow you, Wyatt?" Wyatt jumped off his lap and ran back to where Avi was. "I guess that's a yes." Mitch looked at Scott and Alex. "Y'all wanna come?" He asked them. They nodded. They followed Wyatt, wherever he was leading them. They finally stopped, well Mitch did, as soon as they saw Avi.

Wyatt jumped beside Avi and patted his arm. He looked at Wyatt before looking up to Mitch. He widened his eyes a bit as he shot up from his seat.

"Mitch.." "Avi.." They said in unison.

"Mitch, I'm so sorry about what happened to us. It was so stupid of me. I'm sorry that I got drunk and had a drunk hook-up and, oh God.. Mitch please forgive me." Avi stepped forward while tearing up and holding both of his hands. Mitch shook his head.

"That was in the past, Avi. There's no 'us' anymore and we'll never ever, get back together." Mitch pulled back his hands and turned around. Avi was like shot in the heart. He quickly grabbed Mitch in a hug. "Avi, no-"

"Please Mitch, just hear me out.." Avi cut him off. "Please." He whispered on his ear. "That's all I'm asking. Just, please, hear me out." He begged quietly. Scott and Alex were on the verge of tears..well, Scott was.

Mitch tried to fight back the tears but he failed. "O-o-okay.." He said shakily.

"Thank you." He pulled back from the hug and looked at him.

"Mitch Grassi," he started, "I couldn't live without you. I've been very very messed up without you. I started drinking after we broke up. Mitch, I still love you. I'm not whole without you because you're the piece that's keeping my heart and body whole." By this time, Mitch and Avi were crying hardly. "Mitch, I'm sorry. I'm sorry that I cheated on you. Please forgive me." Avi looked down while crying his eyes out. Mitch felt a pang on his chest after the whole speech from Avi.

"A-avi.." He stuttered.

"It's okay if you don't.. I mean," Avi scoffed, "I cheated on you. Also with a girl. Just go ahead, let all your anger out on m-" he sentence was cut off by Mitch kissing him. Wait, Mitch was kissing him! He kissed back and wrapped his arms around his waist then pulled him closer. Mitch wrapped his arms around his neck then smiled against his lips.

Mitch pulled back and rest his forehead against Avi's. He looked at Avi's eyes. It was filled with lots of love and passion. "I love you, Avi." He smiled as he continued to cry.

"I love you too, Mitch." He smiled widely and kissed him again. Wyatt jumped off the bench and climbed on Avi's pants. Avi pulled back from Mitch and kneeled down in front of Wyatt after he went down from his pants. "What is it, buddy?" He asked. Wyatt moved to the pockets and patted that pocket. "Huh?" He looked at his pocket confusingly until he grabbed it and opened it. He gasped. 'The engagement ring for Mitch.. Now's my chance.' He turned around and hid the box behind him.

"Avi?" Mitch asked.

"Mitch," Avi looked at him for second to admire him before kneeling down and showing him the box. Scott and Alex gasped at the sight and just cry more but Mitch was crying happy tears. "Mitch?"

"Yes, Avi?" He sniffled.

"Will you marry me?"

"Yes! I will marry you, Avi!"
